★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.Das ist 2 und letzte mal bei Ihnen.Ich habe Geburtstag für meiner Tochter dort gemacht.Personal war nicht vorbereitet.Ich habe 15 Kinder eingeladen (2 mal habe ich dort angerufen um die Anzahl der Kinder zu bestätigen )und nur 10 haben Platz auf dem Geburtstagstisch.Zu meiner Frage was mit dem Rest der Kinder die Dame hat angefangen provisorischer ohne Deko Tisch zu
suchen.Also ich bin sehr enttäuscht.Ich kann sie nicht weiter empfehlen:(
I am very disappointed.This is 2 and last time with you.I made birthday for my daughter there.Personal was not prepared.I invited 15 children (2 times I called there to confirm the number of children) and only 10 have space on the birthday table. To my question what with the rest of the children the lady started provisional without deco table too
So I am very disappointed. I can not recommend you :(

Pädagogisches Rohrkrepiererkonzept wenn Kinder ab 3 Jahren nur alleine spielen „dürfen“ bzw müssen weil man die Eltern beide zum shoppen „zwingen“ möchte - dazu muss man nix weiter sagen - genaue so lieblos ist es auch gemacht und das Perosnal passend dazu

Pädagogisches Rohrkrepiererkonzept if children from 3 years only play alone "must" or because the parents both to the shopping "force" would - you do not have to say anything more - accurate as careless it is also made and the perosnal suitable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Frechheite niebwieder würde ich mein Kind dort hinbringen . Schlechte Betreuung . Ungeduldig genauso gegenüber den Kindern.
Never again would I take my child there. Bad care. Impatient with the children as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't allow you to leave the stroller inside, at the wardrobe (not in the play area) but they don't have a place where you can leave it; they just tell you to leave the stroller outside, somewhere, as if this would be safe. I am more than disappointed, I couldn't go inside with my 2 years old kid though his elder brother was there, playing, because THERE WAS NO SAFE PLACE TO LEAVE MY STROLLER. This is a very "awesome" way to make rules and ask for "understanding", but when it comes to solutions you have none. I will never come back here again and I sure cannot recommend this place as it has no respect for customers.
