Am Anfang ist der Chef gekommen und hat sich um den Auftrag sehr angenommen ( dachte mir das passt und ist sehr kompetent) auch dazwischen immer wider telefoniert und er hat sich mit dem Planer abgesprochen. Stellte mir ein Angebot das was passte.machten den Plan , Einreichung, Finanzierung usw ... Kosten von ca 4000€ Danach gab ich ihm die Zusage und Freigabe jederzeit anzufangen! Aber dann !!........ Auf einmal wie als tät es die Firma nicht mehr geben kein Kontakt mehr , zig Mal angerufen - kein Rückruf mehr - einige Mail geschrieben... Einfach unerreichbar und links liegen gelassen!!! Fazit daraus : hab das kontaktieren hoffnungslos abgebrochen!! Dachte mir wenn das so anfängt na grüß Gott wie soll das beim haus Bau dann wohl erst werden .. lässt er dann alles liegen und stehen und meldet er sich nicht?? Will gar nicht daran denken !! So jetzt Mal schade um die 4000€ vor Kosten aber das ist nicht das was mich grundsätzlich stört sondern einfach das nicht mehr melden .. mir wäre es egal gewesen wenn man anruft und sagt leider können wir den Auftrag nicht ausführen weil ....... Wie auch immer !! Aber wahrscheinlich war ein Auftrag um rund 100 000 Euro zu klein und ist das einfach die UNPROFESSIONELLE Art und Weise dieses Betriebes sich einfach nicht mehr zu melden. At the beginning, the boss came and took care of the job (thought it would fit and is very competent), and he kept talking on the phone in between and agreed with the planner. Made me an offer that fit. Made the plan, submission, financing, etc ... Costs of about 4000 € Then I gave him the promise and approval to start at any time! But then !! ........ Suddenly, as if the company were no longer in contact, no more contact, called umpteen times - no more callbacks - written a few emails ... Simply unreachable and left behind! Conclusion: I hopelessly broke off the contact! Thought to me if it starts like this, hello, how is that supposed to be with the building of a house .. he then leaves everything and doesn’t get in touch? Don't even want to think about it !! So now it's a pity about the 4000 € before costs but that's not what bothers me in principle but just don't report it .. I wouldn't have cared if you called and said unfortunately we can't do the job because ..... .. However !! But probably an order of around 100,000 euros was too small and is that simply the UNPROFESSIONAL way of this company simply no longer reporting.

Es ist alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit durchführt worden. Der Bau hat organisatorisch und pünktlich bestens funktioniert. AN ALLE NOCHMALS EIN HERZLICHES DANKE!!!! We can highly recommend Speiser. The head of the company, his entire team and his friendly secretary work extremely competently and reliably. The communication was also great. Everything has been carried out to our complete satisfaction. The construction went well, both organizationally and on time. THANKS TO EVERYONE AGAIN !!!!
