Totally blatant personnel load a trailer without side walls without tarpaulin without tension slats !!! Potting soil 30 Euro pallets 2 meters high only secured with belts sick, there's nothing more to say so a truck semitrailer may not be loaded!
m	markus stoeger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich ist es Betrug man bekommt einen Kostenvoranschlag, während der Arbeit kommen die Arbeiter drauf das ist mehr Aufwand und es wird um 400€ teurer!!!! Obwohl Bilder und Masse und zig mal darauf hingewiesen wurde das 2 Wohnungen in eine 3 übersiedelt werden müssen. Werde mich noch an den Käuferschutz wenden. Actually it is a scam you get a cost estimate, while the work the workers figure it out that is more effort and it is 400 € more expensive !! Although pictures and dimensions and umpteen times it was pointed out that 2 apartments have to be moved into a 3. I will still contact the buyer protection.
J	Jürgen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Firma stellt ohne Vorankündigung den Speditionsauftrag (mehrere Tausend Euro wert) in die Einfahrt, der Fahrer klopft nicht mal an. Natürlich wurden 2 Autos mit einer 90kg Lieferung zugestellt. Auf telefonische Nachfrage wurde mir erklärt, ich hätte den Fahrer sowieso nicht verstanden. Die Firma würde erst seit Corona Zustellungen bei Privatpersonen machen, da könne man halt nichts machen. Von Professionalität nicht viel zu spüren, leider kann man sich die Spedition selten aussuchen. Natürlich werde ich auch die Firma Nadlinger, über die die Bestellung getätigt wurde, darüber informieren. Fazit: Lieferung da, alles andere einfach nur schlecht. The company places the shipping order (worth several thousand euros) in the driveway without prior notice, the driver doesn't even knock. Of course, 2 cars were delivered with a 90kg delivery. When asked by phone, I was told that I would not have understood the driver anyway. The company has only been making deliveries to private individuals since Corona, so nothing can be done about that.
