★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filialleiterin ist nicht zu einer "normalen" kundenfreundlichen Kommunikation fähig. Nach der Sperre des Kontos wegen Ableben eines Elternteiles, laufen die Abbucher weiter. Können natürlich nicht durchgeführt werden. Pro "Nichtdurchführung" werden nun 7,50€ verrechnet!
 Branch manager is not capable of "normal" customer-friendly communication. After the account is blocked due to the death of a parent, the debits continue. Can't be done of course. €7.50 will now be charged for each "non-execution"!
