The bank leaves you in the rain on vacation because the credit card limit has been used up. Office mold comes before customer service ??

S	Stefan Hahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rotzfreches Personal (manche nicht alle) Desweiteren wollte niemand von mir(Konto inhaber) eine vollmacht zum einmaligen geld abheben akzeptieren man bekam von einer offensichtlich Jungen Angestellten nur sehr rotzige antworten in einem Ton das alles zuspäht ist. Schade da ich mit meinem Vertreter bei dieser Bank ansonsten sehr zufrieden wäre. Aber sowas schaft kein Vertrauen. Snotty staff (some not all) Furthermore, none of me (account holder) wanted to accept a power of attorney to withdraw one-time money from an obviously young employee, only very snotty answers in a tone that everything was spied on. Too bad because I would otherwise be very happy with my representative at this bank. But no trust.
C	CR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was zählt sind die Menschen?! Also dieser Slogan passt leider gar nicht zu dieser Bank, sehr freche Kundenbetreuung. Konto und Kreditkarte wurde im Urlaub einfach gesperrt, sodass ich nicht mal den Heimflug buchen konnte, des weiteren konnte ich darauffolgend meine Karte zwei Monate nicht benutzen. Also wenn man bei dieser Bank ein Konto haben will, besser man hat Bargeld auf der Seite oder bei einer anderen Bank ein Konto nur für den Notfall, falls man wieder mal im Stich gelassen wird. Leider sehr enttäuschend. Gut dass es mehrere Banken gibt und man nicht bei so einem Laden bleiben muss. What matters are people ?! So unfortunately this slogan doesn't fit this bank at all, very cheeky customer service. Account and credit card were simply blocked while on vacation, so that I couldn't even book the flight home, and I couldn't use my card for two months afterwards. So if you want to have an account with this bank, it is better to have cash on your side or an account with another bank just in case you are let down again. Unfortunately very disappointing. It's good that there are several banks and you don't have to stick to one shop.
