J	Janine Wieseneder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin nicht mehr zufrieden anfangs konnte ich mir eine Beraterin aussuchrn dann wurde ich einfach ohne absprache irgendjemanden zugeteil und diese Barater sind nie da und wen man etwas fragt bekomme ich meist nur falschauskünfte für die ich dann gerade stehen muss. Und wen man nachfragt was das soll wollen sie es nichts damit zu tun haben obwohl ich es schwarz auf weiß hinterlegt habe.. Werde die bank wechselt es werden plötzlich versicherungsraten erhöht ohne meine absprache oder sonstiges das sehe ich in meinen augen nicht als kundenorientierung. I am no longer satisfied at first I was able to choose a consultant then I was just without anybody agreed to anyone and these baraters are never there and if you ask something I usually get only false information for which I just have to stand. And if you ask what that is, they want to have nothing to do with it although I deposited it in black and white .. If the bank changes it suddenly insurance rates increased without my agreement or other I do not see in my eyes as a customer orientation.
