★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte eigentlich einen Kredit für eine Eigentumswohnung aufnehmen (Zur Info: bin kreditwürdig). Da ich aber nach dem zweiten Beratungsgespräch trotz mehrmaligen Kontakversuchen (Mail & Telefon) von meinem Bankberater keine Rückmeldung mehr bekam, verzichtete ich darauf und nahm den Kredit bei der Oberbank (Beratung war ausgezeichnet). Antwort bekam ich bis heute keine, dafür bekomme ich regelmäßig von diesem Bankangestellten den Newsletter zugeschickt.
Actually wanted to take out a loan for a condominium (for information: I am creditworthy). However, since after the second consultation despite repeated attempts to contact me (email & telephone), I no longer received any feedback from my bank advisor, I decided not to and took the loan from the Oberbank (advice was excellent). To date, I have received no answer, but I regularly receive the newsletter from this bank employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das ist mit Abstand die beste Filiale der Sparkasse! Egal was man braucht es wird sofort erledigt und bei Problemen absolut kompetent Behandelt. Ich wohne zwar in Niederösterreich, aber ich werde dank Internetbanking keines falls die Filiale wechseln!

This is by far the best branch of the Sparkasse! No matter what you need, it will be dealt with immediately and dealt with absolutely competently in the event of problems. I live in Lower Austria, but thanks to internet banking I will never change my branch!
