Brandl bitte erklären, dass auch Sparkassen-Kunden, welche kein Konto in der Filiale in EF haben, mit Respekt und einer ganz normalen 0-8-15 Grundfreundlichkeit behandelt werden sollten? Es ist nun wirklich keine Doktorarbeit, den für mich hinterlegten Zettel aus der Mappe zu nehmen, und mir zu überreichen. Kundenbetreuung ist immer noch eine Dienstleistung. Da freut man sich gleich nochmehr, dass der Beruf des Bankkundenbetreuers immer mehr ausstirbt (und das ganz offensichtlich zurecht). Could you please explain to Ms. Brandl that even Sparkasse customers who do not have an account in the EF branch should be treated with respect and a completely normal 0-8-15 basic friendliness? It is really not a doctoral thesis to take the slip of paper left for me out of the portfolio and hand it to me. Customer care is still a service. One is even happier that the profession of bank account manager is dying out more and more (and obviously rightly so).
