★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte Auskunft zu einer Goldmünze haben. Ob ich überhaupt Kunde bin, wo ich herkomme und sollte ich mit dieser Münze zu mehreren Banken gehen, könnte es sein, daß ich eingesperrt werde. Diese Münze sei mit Sicherheit kein Gold. Man hatte das Gefühl, das Personal will nicht arbeiten. Bin dann zu einer anderen Bank gegangen, wurde bestens informiert und die Münze ist Gold. Sehr schlechtes Service.
 Wanted information about a gold coin. Whether I'm a customer of where I'm from and if I go to several banks with this coin, I could be locked up. This coin is definitely not gold. You had the feeling that the staff doesn't want to work. Then I went to another bank, was well informed and the coin is gold. Very bad service.

It's just a regional bank with employees from the area and not such an anonymous large institute where you as a customer are just a number.
