Beste Voraussetzungen, um in dieser Bank Karriere zu machen. Mr. Oliver P. is by far the most arrogant and unfriendly customer advisor I've ever encountered. Best conditions to make a career in this bank.

Jetzt bin ich bei N26 (Privatkunde) und Holvi (Unternehmenskunde) und erhalte endlich den Service, den man sich von einer Bank in der heutigen Zeit erwartet (zu einem Bruchteil der Kosten!) Unfortunately not to be recommended. Bad advice. High account management fees. Long-standing and reliable customers are not valued accordingly. Now I'm with N26 (private customer) and Holvi (corporate customer) and finally I get the service that one expects from a bank today (at a fraction of the cost!)

Kunden müssen ihren Problemen selbst hinterher laufen und werden nicht aufmerksam darauf gemacht. Bei der telefonischen Beratung, wird die Schuld auf den Kunden geschoben. Ewiger Kreislauf der kein Anfang und Ende hat. Fast 1 Monat nur für ein Jugendkonto gewartet, heute erfahren dass wir uns am selben Punkt wie vor 4 Wochen befinden. ZEITVERSCHWENDUNG! Schlussendlich wird der Kunde für Fehler im System verantwortlich gemacht, obwohl sogar schriftlich nachgewiesen werden kann, dass die Schuld beim Personal liegt. Bad customer service. Important information is sometimes not sent or even forgotten. Customers have to run after their problems themselves and are not made aware of them. Ich fühlte mich in der Filiale von Anfang an in guten Händen, dank der Kompetenz der Angestellten. Ich wurde höflich und umfassend beraten und meine Fragen wurden zur vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Abschließend kann ich die Bank, insbesondere die Stadt Filiale uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. The financial competence of the Sparkasse is already at a high level per se, but the employees even surpass it. I felt in good hands in the branch right from the start, thanks to the competence of the employees. I was advised politely and comprehensively and my questions were answered to the utmost satisfaction. In conclusion, I can unreservedly recommend the bank, especially the Stadt Filiale.
