P	Philip Panwinkler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man sich für eine Kontoeröffnung interessiert wird man anfangs recht freundlich behandelt, sobald man dann allerdings Kunde ist wird man links liegen gelassen. Am Telefon hebt niemand ab, weder der Chef noch die Mitarbeiter. Am Anfang wurde statt einem Commerzkonto ein Girokonto eröffnet, da der Angestellte die Anfrage anscheinend nicht verstanden hat.... Somit hat sich er Eröffnungsprozess nochmals um 1 Woche verlängert. Hatte dann ein Problem mit meiner Buchhaltungssoftware da sich das Konto nicht verbinden lies und niemand konnte mir weiterhelfen, bzw. hat sich trotz unzähliger Anrufe und Anfragen niemand gemeldet geschweige den abgehoben. Wenn mal jemand rangegangen ist waren die Mitarbeiter am anderen Ende sehr unfreundlich und alles andere als hilfsbereit. Bin leider sehr enttäuscht von dieser Bank, hätte mir als Neukunde wirklich mehr erwartet. Das einzig positive ist die Schnelligkeit bei der Auflösung des Kontos... Edit: Die "Problemchen" hätte es nicht gegeben wenn einem von Anfang an zugehört worden wäre :) If you are interested in opening an account, you will be treated in a very friendly manner at first, but as soon as you become a customer you will be left behind. Nobody answers the phone, neither the boss nor the employees. At the beginning, instead of a Commerz account, a current account was opened because the employee apparently did not understand the request ... So the opening process has been extended by another week. Then had a problem with my accounting software because the account could not be connected and no one could help me, or despite countless calls and inquiries, no one answered, let alone picked up. Whenever someone answered, the staff at the other end were very unfriendly and anything but helpful. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this bank, I really expected more as a new customer. The only positive thing is the speed at which the account is closed ... Edit: The "little problems" would not have existed if one had been listened to from the beginning :)
