Very friendly staff. Well-stocked shop, often cheaper than some Spar markets. Highly recommended as well as the second shop in 2213 Bockfliess.

Das Wort Filiale schrieb ich deshalb unter Anführungszeichen, da es sich hier um die - oft unbekannte Art - des Spar-Kaufmanns handelt. Eine Art Franchise-System. Man operiert unter dem Label Spar, muss dadurch ein gewisses Grundsortiment aufweisen, das heißt, der Kunde kann sich darauf verlassen, dass wenn wo Spar drauf steht, grundsätzlich auch Spar drinnen ist. Aber jetzt kommts: Irgendwo sind Spar Kaufleute dann doch so unabhängig, dass sie sich zusätzlich jene Produkte ins Geschäft stellen dürfen, die sie wollen, wenn sie glauben, damit erfolgreich zu sein. Und das wird hier gemacht, besonders erfreulich: Hier gibt es die Spezialitäten der Hersteller aus dem Ort und der Umgebung zu kaufen. Ob es die Hellmer Erdäpfel sind, ob es Nudelprodukte von Thomas sind (beides in Auersthal produziert) oder die guten eingelegten Produkte von Falmbiegl (Zistersdorf), das findet man hier zentral und braucht dadurch selber nicht von Produzent zu Produzent fahren. Zusätzlich kann man an der Kasse auch noch Tabakwaren erwerben. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, gerne wieder. Surprisingly large Spar "branch" for this location. You can also buy tobacco products at the cash register. Staff were very friendly, gladly again.

P	Petra Schellner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die jungen Mitarbeiter in der Feinkost sind total unmotiviert und wenn ich um viertel sieben freundlich nachfrage, ob kein einziges Stück Gebäck da ist und mir offensichtlich ins Gesicht gelogen wird, spricht das für die Moral. Wenn ich um 15 Minuten vor Schulstundenschluss zu meinen Kindern sage ihr könnts schon zampacken und euch am Gang stellen möchte ich wissen wie lange sich das die Eltern gefallen lassen. The young employees in the delicatessen are totally unmotivated and if I ask in a friendly manner at a quarter past seven whether there is not a single piece of pastry and someone is obviously lying to my face, that speaks for morale. When I tell my children 15 minutes before school closes you can zap and stand in the aisle, I want to know how long the parents will put up with it.
R	R. R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man nichts von der Feinkost (Gebäck, Wurstwaren, Fleisch) braucht und sich alles in Selbstbedienung nimmt, bekommt man rasch seine Sachen. Es wäre wirklich vorteilhaft, wenn hier routiniertes und motiviertes Fachpersonal zum Einsatz käme. Sonst ein leider sehr anonymes Einkaufserlebnis, im Gegensatz zum Vorgänger Geschäft. Aber immerhin ein Nahversorger in der Ortschaft. If you don't need any of the delicatessen (pastries, sausages, meat) and take everything self-service, you can get your things quickly. It would be really advantageous if experienced and motivated specialists could be deployed here. Otherwise an unfortunately very anonymous shopping experience, in contrast to the previous shop. But at least a local supplier in the village.
