★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sortiment und Bedienung o.k. Würde die Chefin ihre Kunden auch noch grüßen (passiert leider häufig nicht) und auch selbst immer den derzeit vorgeschriebenen MNS beim Aufenthalt im Verkaufsraum verwenden, würden wir lieber und öfters zum Einkauf kommen.
Range and service o.k. If the boss would also greet her customers (unfortunately often does not happen) and always use the currently prescribed MNS while in the sales room, we would prefer to come to the shop more often.
