I find it impossible if you ask an employee about the temperature in the cooling system being too high that you don't get a decent answer, on the contrary I'm at the cash register and can overhear how people read about it ?
t	too furious on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl ich da Stammkunde bin und grundsätzlich zu Mitarbeitern im Handel auch immer freundlich bin, da ich deren Arbeit sehr schätze und selbst im Handel gearbeitet gabe, so kann ich nicht sagen, dass man die Freundlichkeit als Kunde auch immer zurück bekommt. Habe heute ganz normal freundlich gefragt, ob man eine zweite Kassa öffnen könnte und bekam eine völlig pampige Antwort von der Kassakraft inklusive dementsprechend pampiger Gestik und Mimik. So als wäre ich Schuld daran, dass sie Stress oder einen schlechten Tag hat. Diese Person war aber auch nie besonders freundlich. Aber so ein Aussetzer kann doch nicht sein. Muss ich mir so einen Ton gefallen lassen, obwohl ich berechtigterweise nur höflich um eine zweite Kassa gebeten habe? Auch ich habe in meinem Job öfter Stress, hab auch schon im Handel an der Kassa gearbeitet - niemals hätte ich einen Kunden derart respektlos behandelt. Das muss jetzt einfach mal raus, denn mir gehen Respektlosigkeit & Unfreundlichkeit einfach nur noch auf die Nerven. Nur weil man schlechte Laune hat oder gestresst ist, sollte man das nicht an zahlenden Stammkunden rauslassen - geht gar nicht! Wenn man nicht in der Lage ist, mit Menschen zu arbeiten und ständig grimmig dreinschaut, sollte man sich vielleicht einen Jobwechsel überlegen. Although I'm a regular customer there and I'm generally always friendly to employees in retail, because I appreciate their work very much and have worked in retail myself, I can't say that you always get the friendliness back as a customer. Today I asked in a very normal, friendly manner whether a second checkout could be opened and got a completely rude answer from the cashier, including correspondingly rude gestures and facial expressions. Like it's my fault that she's stressed or having a bad day. This person was never particularly friendly either. But such a dropout can not be. Do I have to put up with such a tone even though I just politely asked for a second checkout? I'm also often stressed in my job, I've also worked at the cash register in retail - I would never have treated a customer so disrespectfully. That just has to come out now, because disrespect and unfriendliness just get on my nerves. Just because you're in a bad mood or stressed out shouldn't be taken out on paying regular customers - it's not possible! If you're not able to work with people and you're constantly looking grim, you might want to consider changing jobs.

Und auch bei der Wursttheke wird jeder Wunsch erfüllt und sei er noch so "abenteuerlich" Immer wieder gerne!!! One of my regular shops. You get everything you need, staff are friendly and happy to help. And even at the sausage counter, every wish is fulfilled, no matter how "adventurous" it is Always my pleasure!!!
