A	Andrea Muser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bis jetzt war ich eigentlich recht zufrieden mit dem Spar Hagenbuchstraße. Heute habe ich mich aber doch sehr geärgert. Es kann doch nicht angehen dass ich beim frischen Gebäck Semmeln bekomme die fast noch roh sind und scheinbar viel zu früh aus dem Ofen genommen wurden (habe kurz weggesehen und schon waren die halb fertigen Semmeln im Sackerl). Habe es erst später zu Hause bemerkt und musste noch mal hinfahren. Der junge Mann hat die Semmeln zwar ausgetauscht und mir frische gegeben aber meine zurückgebrachten einfach in den Korb zu den anderen noch nicht verkauften frischen Semmeln geleert. Hygienisch sicher nicht ok und da stellt sich mir zusätzlich die Frage werden diese nun an den nächsten Kunden verkauft? Also so sollte es nicht sein! Muss mir überlegen ob ich da noch weitere Einkäufe tätige, vor allem ich kaufe für 5 Personen und ein Kleinkind ein. Da sollte ich mich auf die Hygiene bei der offenen Ware verlassen können. Entschuldigung habe ich keine erhalten, was mich noch mehr verärgert. ☹️ So far I've actually been quite satisfied with the Hagenbuchstrasse Spar. But today I was very angry. It is not acceptable that I get rolls with fresh baked goods that are almost raw and were apparently taken out of the oven much too early (I looked away for a moment and the half-finished rolls were in the sack). I only noticed it later at home and had to go back. The young man exchanged the rolls and gave me fresh ones, but simply emptied the ones I brought back into the basket with the other fresh rolls that had not yet been sold. Hygienically certainly not ok and then I also ask myself the question will these now be sold to the next customer? So it shouldn't be like that! I have to think about whether I will do any more shopping there, especially if I am shopping for 5 people and a toddler. I should be able to rely on the hygiene of the open goods. I haven't received an apology, which annoys me even more. ☹️
M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So ein unfreundliches und respektloses Personal habe ich noch nie in meinem Leben erlebt. Vorallem die blonde Kassiererin und der ältere Mitarbeiter waren das unverschämteste. I have never seen such unfriendly and disrespectful staff in my life. Especially the blonde cashier and the older employee were the most outrageous.
G	Gunther Arco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Abholstation der Post, die in diesem Spar betrieben ist eine Katastrophe: immer ewig lang warten bis ein Mitarbeiter kommt, fann werden die Sachen oft nicht gefunden, weil ein komplettes Durcheinander hersscht. Kommt man am Sa nur wenige Minuten nach 12:00, ist kein Mitarbeiter bereit das dort liegende Paket auszuhändigen, weil es ja schon nach 12 ist, obwohl der Spar ja bis 18:00 auf. Man hat das Gefühl, dass das Postgeschäft dort sehr widerwillig betrieben wird! If you arrive only a few minutes after 12:00 on Saturday, no employee is ready to hand over the package because it is already after 12, although the savings are open until 6:00 pm. You get the feeling that the postal business is very reluctant to go on there!
A	Anika Drazilovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man bekommt prinzipiell das was man braucht. Ein kleiner Spar mit nicht ganz so viel Auswahl für mich. Aber das Personal ist freundlich und es ist sauber. Die bank99 ist ein kleiner Schalter gleich am Eingang ohne Bankomaten. Wenn Geld abgehoben werden soll, dann bekommt man es von den Mitarbeitenden ausgehändigt. You basically get what you need. A small savings with not quite as much choice for me. But the staff is friendly and it's clean. The bank99 is a small counter right at the entrance without an ATM. If money needs to be withdrawn, the staff will hand it to you.
