Sehr freundlich ist eine junge Verkäuferin mit Namen Sonja sie strahlt immer Somewhat untidy the staff doesn't look happy either, probably because of the branch management. A young saleswoman by the name of Sonja is very friendly, she is always smiling

Aber wir haben ja zum Glück auch andere Geschäfte in Ternitz. Cashier this morning totally unfriendly. For this lady it would be better if she works in the warehouse so that she has no customer contact. But luckily we also have other shops in Ternitz.
