Sortiment aufgrund des kleinen Geschäfts etwas Eingeschränkt aber gesamt ein stimmiges Sortiment. Leider teilweise eher die Markenware vorhanden und die günstige Variante fehlt oder Packungsgrößen nicht so wie man sie gerade gerne hätte. Dennoch Kaufe ich gerne dort ein, alleine schon weil Ansprechpersonen da sind die man Fragen kann wo was zu finden ist. Smaller range but everything there is to survive. Staff friendly and helpful. Assortment somewhat limited due to the small business but overall a coherent assortment. Unfortunately, the branded goods are sometimes available and the cheap variant is missing or pack sizes are not as you would like them to be. Nevertheless, I like to shop there, if only because there are contacts who can ask where and what to find.
D	Double plus good on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14.04.2021 Nachmittag, die dunkelhaarige Dame bei der Kassa ist nicht bereit, die Begrüßung zu erwidern und bei der Verabschiedung kam auch keine Antwort. So kleinlich bin ich nicht, aber das war schon sehr eindeutig. Vielleicht grüßt man in Rabenstein nur Einheimische? Bei der Kundschaft vor mir da war sogar Zeit für ein freundliches Tratscherl, war auch kein Problem für mich, man kannte sich. Ich habe klar mit Blickkontakt und freundlich gegrüßt und verabschiedet. Mit schiefen Blicken bewusst wie Luft behandelt. Einfach unverständlich, es gab keinerlei Anlass dafür. April 14th, 2021 afternoon, the dark-haired lady at the cash desk is not ready to return the greeting and there was no answer when we said goodbye. I'm not that petty, but that was very clear. Maybe you only greet locals in Rabenstein? With the customers in front of me there was even time for a friendly gossip, it wasn't a problem for me either, they knew each other. I greeted and said goodbye clearly with eye contact and in a friendly manner. Deliberately treated like air with crooked looks. Simply incomprehensible, there was no reason for it.
L	Lisa Maria Eder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin schwer enttäuscht von diesem Spar. Seit ich hier auf Urlaub bin, war ich täglich beim Spar Fis einkaufen. Heute gingen mein Partner und ich beide mit den Rabatt Stickern einkaufen. Bei der Kassa, strich die Kassiererin plötzlich all unsere 8 Rabatt Sticker durch, manche hat sie sogar komplett entfernt. Also, ich fand das ziemlich frech von der Dame, weil ich bisher nicht einmal so etwas erlebt hätte. Nirgendwo steht geschrieben, dass man die Sticker nur einmal verwenden darf oder dass die Kassierer, die Sticker durchstreichen oder gar entfernen dürfen bzw müssen! In Wien habe ich so etwas noch nie erlebt. Dort verwenden wir die Rabatt Sticker, bis sie von selbst nicht mehr kleben. Ich werde jetzt die Paar Kilometer auf mich nehmen, um nach Kirchberg zum Billa zu gehen. Dankeschön! I am very disappointed with this savings. Since I've been here on vacation, I've been shopping at Spar Fis every day. Today my partner and I both went shopping with the discount stickers. At the checkout, the cashier suddenly crossed out all of our 8 discount stickers, some of them even completely removed. Well, I thought the lady was pretty cheeky because I hadn't even experienced anything like it before. Nowhere is it written that the stickers can only be used once or that the cashiers can or must cross out the stickers or even remove them! I've never seen anything like it in Vienna. There we use the discount stickers until they no longer stick by themselves. I will now take the couple of kilometers to go to Kirchberg to the Billa. Thanks very much!

Ich weis nicht wo das drauf steht, dass ich diese Sticker nur ein einziges mal verwenden darf. Ich finde in der heutigen Zeit ist das nicht notwendig, wenn der Spar nicht will das man sich was erspart dann sollte man solche Rabatt Sticker nicht verteilen. Vorher ging ich echt gerne zum Spar, aber nach so einer Aktion überleg ich genau ob ich nicht lieber zum Billa oder Penny einkaufen gehe. Mich habt ihr als Spar Stammkunden verloren. Very little savings. But the staff is not very nice. They take away the discount stickers or cross them out. I don't know where it says that I can only use this sticker once. I think this is not necessary nowadays, if the savings do not want you to save something then you should not distribute such discount stickers. Before, I really liked going to the Spar, but after such an action I think carefully about whether I would rather go shopping for Billa or Penny. You lost me as a regular Spar customer.

Sucht man in Großmärkten nach bestimmten Aktionsprodukten, wird man sie teilweise schwer bekommen. Hier bekommt man aber jederzei alles was braucht oder wo anders vergeblich sucht. Zum Thema Freundlichkeit kann ich nur sagen: Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.. So wie man es von der "Alten Schule" her noch kennt! Immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und ZK wird immer angeboten! Ein dickes Lob an das ganze Team! Although a rather small savings and correspondingly smaller range.
