B	Barbara F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Mal: ich zog die Rechnung aus der Kassa (so wie es vor Corona schon häufig der Fall war)...Kassiererin pflaumt mich extrem unfreundlich an. 2. Mal: Es wird mir keine Rechnung ausgehändigt. Ich muss extra darum bitten, was ich auch freundlich mach (kann ja mal passieren, dass man was vergisst) ... die Kassiererin wird wieder unhöflich. 3. Mal: Ich lege für zwei Haushalte deutlich abgetrennt die Waren aufs Band, die Kassiererin hat es übersehen und alles rübergezogen. Ich hatte da die Waren vom ersten Haushalt schon wieder in den Wagen gelegt. Als ich sie höflich meinerseits darauf aufmerksam machte, dass ich bitte zwei Rechnungen brauche, reagierte sie zuerst gar nicht. Als ich nochmal darum bat, mir die Waren (5 Teile) für den Haushalt, der noch vor ihr lag auf eine zweite Rechnung umzubuchen nötigte sie mich mit unhöflichem Tonfall dazu, die vier Teile vom ersten Haushalt wieder aus dem Einkaufswagen herauszuholen um sie zu stornieren. Ihre Worte: "I tu mi schon leichter das wegzurechnen, wo weniger ist... " Mein Fazit: In der Stadt sind die Kassierer/innen um einiges freundlicher, höflicher und auch schneller als draußen am Land. 1st time: I took the bill from the cash desk (as was often the case before Corona) ... the cashier prunes me extremely unfriendly. 2nd time: I am not given an invoice. I have to ask for it, which I do in a friendly way (it can happen that something is forgotten) ... the cashier is becoming rude again. 3rd time: I put the goods on the belt for two households, clearly separated, the cashier overlooked it and pulled everything over. I had already put the goods from the first household back into the car. When I politely pointed out to her that I would need two bills, she did not respond at first. When I asked again to rebook the goods (5 parts) for the household that was still ahead of her on a second invoice, she urged me in a rude tone to get the four parts from the first household out of the shopping cart in order to cancel them . Her words: "It's easier for me to calculate that where there is less ..." My conclusion: in the city the cashiers are a lot friendlier, more polite and also faster than out in the country.

H	Hecken tour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An der Kassa ein Horror jedes mal Entweder sehr lange warteschlange und wenn die Kassadame ausruft das bei der nächsten Kassa schon aufgelegt werden kann dann wartet man noch länger weil die ausgerufene Kassadame nicht daher kommt obwohl die Frauen alle Körperlich gesund ausschauen Und wenn mal weniger los ist und man kommt als erstes zur Kassa kann es leicht passieren das man trotzdem warten muss da die Kassiererin noch irgendwas schlichten oder räumen muss obwohl sie sieht das man schon wartet ist alles andere wichtiger A horror at the cash desk every time Either a very long queue and if the cashier calls out that the next cash desk can already be hung up, then you wait even longer because the cashier who has been called out does not appear even though the women all look physically healthy And when there is less going on and you come to the cash desk first, it can easily happen that you still have to wait because the cashier still has to clear something or clear something even though she sees that you are already waiting, everything else is more important

WAS SHOPPING AT THE SPAR ON FRIDAY HOW I WANTED TO PAY I GAVE 100€ SHE GAVE ME 50€ TOO LESS WANT TO GIVE ME UP THANK YOU GOD I NOTICED IMMEDIATELY I SAID TO HER RIGHT AWAY THAT WHAT DOESN'T FIT SHE ASSURED ME THIS WOMAN IS HIM AMAZING IT'S ALWAYS THE SAME I DON'T KNOW THEY GET A COMMISSION BECAUSE SHE STILL WORKS THERE

Folgendes ist passiert: die Spar- Kassiererin zieht frische Heidelbeeren übers Band, wobei die Packung aufgeht, die Hälfte der frischen Heidelbeeren kullert zu Boden bzw. in die Tasche der Kundin. Die Ansage der Kassiererin : dafür könne sie jetzt aber nichts, dass die Packung aufgeht. Angebrachter wäre es gewesen eine neue Packung des Produkts anzubieten..... Oops, I've never seen anything like it! The following has happened: the Spar cashier pulls fresh blueberries over the conveyor belt, opening the pack, and half of the fresh blueberries roll onto the floor or into the customer's pocket. The cashier's announcement: But she can't help but open the package. It would have been more appropriate to offer a new pack of the product .....
