Teilweise werden die alten Menschen mit vollen Windeln den ganzen Tag alleine gelassen. Personal ist total überfordert, viel zu wenig Personal. Arbeitszeiten sind sklavenmässig. Demece Personen die nie eingestellt wurden sind mit gesunde Leuten zusammen, natürlich die sitzen den ganze Tag in ihren Zimmern. Und der Personalchef hat keine Ahnung wie man ein Pflegeheim nicht auf Kosten des Pflegepersonal führt. Sorry in this old people's home I would not even accommodate my enemies. Partly the old people with full diapers are left alone all day long. Staff is totally overstrained, far too few staff. Working hours are slave-friendly. Demece people who have never been hired are with healthy people, of course, who sit in their rooms all day long. And the hiring manager has no idea how to run a nursing home at the expense of the nursing staff.

Dann habe ich mich über Heime in der Region informiert, die meine Mutter so betreuen, wie ich es zuhause auch gemacht habe - an ihren Bedürfnissen orientiert und liebevoll. Das ist nun 7 Jahre her, dass meine Mutter in das Kloster Nazareth eingezogen ist und ich sehe, dass es die beste Entscheidung war, dieses Heim zu wählen. Da sieht man, dass richtige Profis am Werk sind, die das Herz am rechten Fleck haben. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und schmeckt wie zuhaus - vielleicht liegt es auch daran, dass man zusehen kann und mitmachen beim Kochen. Die überschaubaren Wohngruppen geben einem das Gefühl von Familie und Sicherheit. Das ist wunderbar, denn meine Mutter kann sich darin ganz frei bewegen, da sie in ihrem Stadium nur herum wandert. Ohne mit Medikamente zugepumpt zu werden, wird sie so angenommen, wie gerade ihre Tagesverfassung ist. Ich könnte das beim besten Willen nicht mehr leisten und bin heilfroh, dass sie in ihrer Krankheit und Alter so eine hohe Lebensqualität erleben kann. Vielen DANK an das gesamte Team! Helga Meier I cared for my dementia mother at home for 4 years, until I was close to burnout and with a heavy heart had to accept that an external care is inevitable. Then I found out about homes in the region that look after my mother the way I did at home - oriented towards her needs and lovingly. It's been 7 years since my mother moved into the Nazareth Monastery and I see that choosing this home was the best decision. Then you see that there are real professionals at work who have the heart in the right place. The food is excellent and tastes like home - maybe it's because you can watch and join in the cooking. The manageable living groups give you the feeling of family and security. This is wonderful, because my mother can move freely in it, because she just wanders around in her stage. Without being pumped in with medication, it is accepted as it is her day. I could not do that with the best will and I am glad that she can experience such a high quality of life in her illness and old age. Thanks to the whole team! Helga Meier
