★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Menschen die dort in der Telefonzentrale arbeiten, verhalten sich teilweise wirklich respektlos! Hier sollte dringend etwas geändert werden, niemand hat es verdient so behandelt zu werden, wie es dort manchmal vorkommt. Die dort arbeitenden Ärzt*innen ignorieren es, wenn man sie darauf aufmerksam macht, was schade ist, denn mit denen bin ich wirklich sehr zufrieden. Leider ist die Telefonzentrale der erste Kontakt mit dem PSD, deshalb gebe ich eine schlechte Bewertung ab.
PS: Über den Notdienst kann ich nichts schlechtes sagen, die machen einen tollen Job!
Some of the people who work there in the switchboard behave really disrespectfully! Something urgently needs to be changed here, nobody deserves to be treated the way it sometimes happens there. The doctors working there ignore it when you point it out to them, which is a shame because I'm really very happy with them. Unfortunately, the switchboard is the first point of contact with the PSD, so I'm giving it a bad review.
PS: I can't say anything bad about the emergency service, they do a great job!
