★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mich für den Türbeschlag SMART WIFI von Sorex entschieden und bin sehr glücklich darüber.
Alle meine Türen ließen sich problemlos umrüsten. Mega einfach zu montieren - kann jeder selbst erledigen. Man spart sich so eine Menge Montagekosten. Der Support ist zudem großartig.
Habe die Türbeschläge nun seit einem Jahr im Dauereinsatz (Hotel Blutenburg in München). Sie laufen mega zuverlässig und lassen sich bequem mit der App von überall auf der Welt steuern. Hat mir extrem viel Flexibilität gebracht. Phantastisch!!!
 I chose the SMART WIFI door fitting from Sorex and I am very happy about it.
All of my doors can be converted without any problems. Mega easy to assemble - anyone can do it themselves. This saves a lot of assembly costs. The support is great too.
The door fittings have been in constant use for a year now (Hotel Blutenburg in Munich). They run extremely reliably and can be conveniently controlled with the app from anywhere in the world. Has given me a lot of flexibility. Fantastic!!!

Der Türgriff macht einen guten Eindruck. Sollte was nicht funktionieren ist der Kundendienst unglaublich freundlich und bemüht. Es wird unbürokratisch geholfen und ohne langen hin und her ausgetauscht. Gerne wieder.
Good product Perfect after-sales service.
The door handle makes a good impression. If something doesn't work, the customer service is incredibly friendly and hard-working. Help is unbureaucratic and exchanged back and forth without a long time. Gladly again.

It is Great and again thanks for the ractive exchange on the one i miss installed it helped a lot for the building security that you send me a new one before i had to send the old one back.

Also contacted their customer support team as I had additional questions and received swift reply in less than an hour.
I will surely buy there again when needed next time.

The order placement on website was easy & we received delivery in Germany the next day.
The Instructions for installation is very clear & easy to follow. Though we had some problem for installation of Wall PIN reader. We called technical support, the matter clarified spontaneously. i.e. supper technical support...
We are using since over a month, Very happy with product & have placed a new order for two additional door locks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great product but even better customer service. After the lock stopped reading finger prints a replacement lock was arranged and delivered with minimal effort and in shortest possible time.
With a great number of 'keyless' options around you are still required to carry your smart phone around. Finger print lock is a real keyless way to open your door. For the case when the finger print scanner fails I still have Nuki on the other side of the door which got me in.
Finger print lock on the outside + Nuki on the inside gives me a perfect solution.
