D	Dominik Riegler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 Sterne gibt es nur wegen dem Schauraum. Die Beratung für eine (simple Schiebetür) war sehr Oberflächliche. Für Details (Griffe, usw.) musste man immer selber nachhacken. Auf ein Angebot wartete ich vergeblich. Bei mehrmaligen Nachfragen wurde ich immer auf die nächste Woche vertröstet. Als dann noch eine Messe auf dem Programm stand wurde mir am Telefon indirekt gesagt das jetzt die Messe wichtiger sei. Bei anderen Firmen (gleiches Produkt) habe ich die Angebote innerhalb 2 Tagen bekommen. There are 2 stars only because of the showroom. The advice for a (simple sliding door) was very superficial. For details (handles, etc.) you always had to chop it up yourself. I waited in vain for an offer. If I asked several times, I was always put off until the next week. When a trade fair was on the program, I was indirectly told on the phone that the trade fair was more important now. I received offers from other companies (same product) within 2 days.

Extensive advice - uncomplicated process - TOP assembly team, has really worked hard! Very satisfied with the final product (Roma Zipsystem).
h	hana ostra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ der anfang schien alles OK, zur übergabe wurde das team immer dreister! zusammenfassend - eine unprofessionelle abwicklung wo angaben zur lieferung einfach falsch waren (soll man zurücktreten und weitere monate warten) und manches nach wochen immer noch nicht geliefert wurde - das montageteam nicht das ausgemachte umsetzte und bei 3 MA (der voralberger sehr bemüht war, sein 2ter kollege ebenfalls und der 3te herr w . . . l sich zusätzlich durch eine besonders freche art bemerkbar gemacht hat. FAZIT - sicherlich nie wieder und ein tip: vermerken sie in stichworten wirklich alle leistungen detailiert vor dessen unterzeichnung am vertrag (dies war für viele unendliche diskussionen unser vorteil) - viel glück! everything seemed OK at the beginning, the team was always bolder at the time of handover! in summary - an unprofessional process where information about the delivery was simply wrong (you should step back and wait a few more months) and some things were still not delivered after weeks - the assembly team did not do what was agreed and at 3 employees (who was very hard at Voralberger, his 2nd colleague as well and the 3rd mr. w... l also made himself noticeable through a particularly cheeky manner. CONCLUSION - surely never again and a tip: make a detailed note of all services in key words before signing the contract (this was our advantage for many endless discussions) - good luck!

Die Monteure sehr freundlich, arbeiten sehr genau und ordentlich! Nach dem Aufbau muss man selber nichts wegräumen oder putzen sondern einfach das neu Erworbene genießen☀️??! Wir würden immer wieder dort bestellen und wir können es jedem nur weiterempfehlen! Top!!!!!!!!!!????? Die Raffstores sind wirklich super und auch mit den Insektenschutzgittern sind wir sehr zufrieden. Die Montage war äußerst professionell, rasch und unkompliziert. Klare Empfehlung! Our new building is fully equipped in terms of sun and insect protection from the Mostviertel sun protection center.
