★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gut, aber die Semmeln und Kornspitz sind mit sehr viel Backtriebmittel (Chemie, Fertigteig?)gebacken. Semmeln ohne Zusatzstoffe selbst gebacken sind bei gleicher Größe 1/3 schwerer, der Kornspitz ist ebenfalls reine Luftmasse. Das Brot teilweise recht fett, aber gut. Alles Andere ist auch sehr empfehlenswert, im Speziellen auch die Burger Buns.
Good, but the bread rolls and Kornspitz are baked with a lot of raising agent (chemicals, ready-made dough?). Baked rolls without additives are 1/3 heavier at the same size, the Kornspitz is also pure air mass. The bread is sometimes quite fat, but good. Everything else is also highly recommended, especially the burger buns.
