★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyond belief. Wanted to leave at 6am. No staff in entire building until 7:30. Was told I couldn't check out yet because she was running late for making breakfast (at 8!) RUDE during the entire exchange.
Bikes are locked away and we're being held captive for several hours, on the longest day of our tour...

I don't care what time breakfast was (although, already quite late). We had always planned to leave at 6. If we had been told that check out (or any staff at all!!) would not be available - we would have raised our concerns. Apologize - don't tell lies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An older building on the river good restaurant really tasty food clean rooms good service. If you're taking a shower the water balance valve is not so water gets hot cold real quick. Other than that very pleasant place to stay
