S	Silvia Ladenstein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sind die Damen nicht über die aktuellen Corona Bestimmungen informiert und haben mich mit meiner unter 12-jährigen Tochter weggeschickt, da sie keinen Ninja-Pass dabei hatte. Obwohl ich ihnen erklärt habe, dass sie keinen Pass vorweisen muss, waren die Damen sehr uneinsichtig und abweisend und wollten scheinbar keine Arbeit mit uns haben. Sehr traurig...da ich sehr für die Einhaltung der Corona-Regeln stehe aber es ärgerte mich sehr, dass die Damen sich nicht darum gekümmert haben, ob ihre Behauptungen richtig oder falsch sind. Wir haben nun zur Konkurrenz gewechselt. Bei Klipp waren die Damen bestens informiert und unser Wunsch wurde super freundlich erfüllt. Unfortunately, the ladies are not informed about the current Corona regulations and sent me away with my daughter, who was under 12, because she didn't have a ninja pass with her. Although I explained to them that they don't have to show a passport, the ladies were very unapologetic and dismissive and apparently didn't want to work with us. Very sad...as I stand very much for compliance with the Corona rules but it annoyed me a lot that the ladies didn't care if their claims were right or wrong. We have now switched to the competition. At Klipp, the ladies were well informed and our request was fulfilled in a super friendly manner.
