Wir fühlten uns verstanden, ernst genommen und dass an der besten Lösung für uns gearbeitet wird (nicht nur irgendwas verkauft werden soll).
Very competent and friendly advice. We have had a great many, extremely bad, deliberations. The appointment today in the summer village was really a relief. We felt understood, taken seriously and that the best solution was being worked on for us (not just something to be sold).

Herr Moravec ( Außendienstmitarbeiter) war immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend bei der Planung. 4 Sterne statt 5 Sterne für die Bewertung, da die Lieferung und Fertigstellung sich leider auf Grund der Lieferschwierigkeiten verzögert hatte , und wir unsere Folgeplanung neu koordinieren mussten. (Durch Corona bedingt). Wir können die Firma Sommer mit guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
We are very satisfied with the execution of our summer garden,
Mr. Moravec (sales representative) was always available and very courteous with the planning. 4 stars instead of 5 stars for the rating, because the delivery and completion had unfortunately been delayed due to the delivery difficulties and we had to re-coordinate our follow-up planning. (Due to Corona). We can recommend the Sommer company with a clear conscience.
