Der Kontakt war stets sehr freundlich und die Beratung äußerst fachlich. Nach Einsenden der HDD informierte man mich noch am selben Tag, dass meine Festplatte wieder funktioniert. Die Reparaturen verliefen also sehr schnell und erfolgreich. Jetzt heißt es nur noch etwas in Geduld üben und auf schnelle Zustellung von DHL hoffen. :) Jederzeit wieder!!! After an overvoltage, the PCB controller of my hard drive could not be saved. While looking for help, I came across Solutuin IT and Mr. Vogl. The contact was always very friendly and the advice extremely professional. After the HDD was sent in, I was informed on the same day that my hard drive was working again. The repairs were therefore very quick and successful. Now all you have to do is be patient and hope for fast delivery from DHL. :) Any time!!!

Habe sehr lange nach einem Service gesucht, wo ich nicht direkt das Gefühl hatte man will mir nur das Geld aus der Tasche ziehen. Bei Solution IT bin ich fündig geworden. Sofort freundlich und kompetent vom Chef beraten worden. Am gleichen Tag Festplatte dort hin gesandt und drei Tage später waren Festplatte und Daten wieder da. Und das mit Versand nach Deutschland. Preislich mehr als fair! Wer die "Angebote" anderer Datenrettungsfirmen kennt weiß was ich meine. Hier gibt sich jemand wirklich Mühe und ich denke, dass sich der Service, die Qualität der Arbeit und das Preis Leistungs Verhältniss schnell rumsprechen wird. Zumal mit eigenem Reinraum und Ersatzteillager auch größere "Operationen" möglich sind. Ich kann Solution IT vorbehaltslos empfehlen! That's just great! Ich mache es kurz: Ich wurde ausgesprochen nett empfangen, mir wurde alles erklärt, die Sicherheit meiner Daten zugesichert und wenige Tage später hatte ich meine Festplatte wieder... inkl. 95% der Daten und das zu einem Bruchteil des Preises, der mir in Wien verrechnet worden wäre.
