Aufgrund von Eis auf den Big-Pack´s und im den Big-Pack´s ging die Ware wieder Retour. Der verantwortliche Geschäftsführer lehnte größzügig die Mängelrüge ab, das sei normal bei unseren Produkten. Wir wurden im Unklaren gelassen, ob und wann der dazugehörige Quellstein nachgeliefert wird, oder ob die Auslieferung vergessen wurde. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Stein bald ankommt. Hier ist für die den Kundendienst eine Nachschulung nötig, näher am Kunden zu bleiben. Daher ein 2 Sterne Abzug. Aber die technische Funktion (LEDs mit Induktion) und die Optik - einmalig schön! First the water pot was delivered with a pump and lighting.
