Rollt mit den Augen wenn man noch zusätzlich Zigaretten bestellt.... Danke nie wieder..... Very unfriendly older cashier, scolding customers for not even having time to go to the bathroom. Rolls his eyes when you order additional cigarettes .... Thanks never again .....

Hallo geht´s noch? 6,90€ beim Fenster rausgeworfen. Absolute Frechheit, die sehen mich sicherlich nie wieder!!! Money thrown in, car wash defective, extremely unfriendly cashier says: Bad luck, I can't return the money and should contact the management by email. Hello is it still possible? € 6.90 thrown out the window. Absolutely cheeky, they will definitely never see me again!

A	Allen Moranjak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konnte schon mehrmals beobachten wie die alte Dame an der Kassa die Kunden total unhöflich bedient und sogar anschnautzt ! Heute ist mir das selbe passiert.. meine Freundin hat mit dort Tabak mitgenommen jedoch der Falsche, ich bin danach zur Tankstelle gefahren und habe höflich gefragt ob ich den Tabak umtauschen könnte.. Rechnung war vorhanden und der Tabak ungeöffnet und noch versiegelt. Tja was soll ich sagen.. ich wurde einfach nur angeschnautzt von wegen was ich mir da Einbilde, in einer Tankstelle geht sowas nicht und ich soll mich auf gut Deutsch "schleichen" Mir ist klar dass der Umtausch nicht verpflichtend ist, aber trotzdem kann man das normal versuchen zu erklären ohne herablassend zu werden ! Ich komme nie wieder, die herablassende Art der Kassiererin und die Tatsache dass ihr euren Kunden nichtmal einen Umtausch bei Fehlkauf anbieten könnt ist ein NO GO.. Good Bye und viel Spaß beim weiteren Vergraulen der Kunden.. I was able to observe several times how the old lady at the cash desk served the customers in a totally rude manner and even sniffed at them! The same thing happened to me today .. my girlfriend took tobacco with her there, but the wrong one, I drove to the gas station and asked politely if I could exchange the tobacco .. The invoice was there and the tobacco was unopened and still sealed. Well what can I say .. I was just sniffed at because of what I'm imagining, in a gas station that doesn't work and I should "sneak" in good German I know that the exchange is not mandatory, but you can still try to explain it normally without being condescending! I'll never be back, the condescending manner of the cashier and the fact that you can't even offer your customers an exchange for a bad purchase is a NO GO .. Good bye and have fun with further scaring off the customers ..
K	Kevin Rosenberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die SB Waschstraße ist eine absolute Katastrophe!!!! Waschzeit viel zu kurz, fürs gleiche Geld kommt man anderswo ums Ganze Auto herum. Noch dazu funktionierten nicht einmal die Programme korrekt, man muss schon Glück haben das mal Schaum bzw genügend Druck vorhanden ist. Lieber 1-2 km weiter fahren... The self-service car wash is an absolute disaster !!!! Washing time far too short, for the same money you can get around the whole car elsewhere. In addition, not even the programs worked correctly, you have to be lucky that there is foam or enough pressure. Better to drive 1-2 km ...
