Transport zu klein gewesen, 5 Stunden zu spät, Möbel beschädigt und nicht drauf reagiert, Möbel nicht zusammen gebaut, was abgemacht wurde/ einfach abgehauen mit der Aussage keine Zeit mehr. Für weitere Strecken nicht zu empfehlen!!!!! The worst thing that can happen !!! Arrogant!!! Unprofessional !!!! Transport too small, 5 hours late, furniture damaged and not responding, furniture not built together, what was agreed / simply cut off with the statement no more time. For other routes not recommended !!!!!

Z	Zachery Goad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved from Steyr to Texas. I specifically asked about how we would be charged. We were told that we would be getting a shipping container for a flat rate. I asked if it mattered if we only fill half of it or if we pack it full if it would change the cost. We were told no. A few weeks before the scheduled day to pack, I asked if we could add a bed. I was told it would cost about €200 more. I asked why and was told because it's more volume. I explained that I asked SPECIFICALLY about this and the agent responded as if they had no clue what I was talking about. I ALSO I initially asked specifically about the quote we were given and if there would be any extra costs that may come up or were hidden. I asked "so from DOOR TO DOOR, this is all it will cost?" and I was told yes. Then I ended up paying extra customs fees. I also ended up paying over $200 extra to the unpacking crew because they claim they needed an extra shuttle to move the things in the container (again, we filled HALF the container. The rest was empty). So 5 stars? Not even close. These people lied straight to our(me, my fiance and her father) faces. If they had been honest with us from the start, I wouldnt have been upset about the extra fees or if they had said that they don't know if there will be additional fees, I would have been ok with that too. But they didnt. Bad business practices. Bad business ethics. Bad business.

They were kind, flexible and professional. I was very indecisive about the size of my shipment, they didnt put pressure on me at all. I changed my mind in the middle of the process and they helped me find the most economical solution for my decision. Always available for my questions. On the big day of the move everything went smoothly. The packing team was very professional and fun. All my stuff arrived safe and sound. Thank you very much!!
