★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auswahl: Die Auswahl ist für uns ausreichend gewesen. Das Eine oder Andere Produkt könnte noch dabei sein (bzw Sorte bei Getränken), aber an und für sich passt das schon sehr gut! Und teilweise ist die Auswahl auch besser als bei vergleichbaren Mitbewerbern.
Preise: Etwas günstiger als einige andere Anbieter in dieser Handelssparte.
Service: So sehr ich manchmal auch gut laufende Prozesse in größeren Firmen wie auch meinem Arbeitgeber schätze, so haben kleinere, jüngere Firmen ihren eigenen, unkomplizierten Charm. Ich wurde 1 Nacht darauf Tag nach meiner Bestellung kontaktiert und mir wurde, auch wenn ich das nicht geplant hatte, eine nach-Hause-Lieferung am selben Tag angeboten, weil ich "auf dem Weg" läge - und das trotz dass ich unter dem Mindestbestellwert lag. Das freute mich sehr.
Und als was bei der Anlieferung gefehlt hatte (kann jedem passieren), konnte ich dies unkompliziert reklamieren und hatte den Rest der Lieferung einen weiteren Tag später. Jeder Kommunikation war von Freundlichkeit geprägt.
Unterm Strich macht das durchaus Laune wieder zu bestellen!
Selection: The selection was sufficient for us. One or the other product could still be included (or type of drink), but in and of itself it works very well! And in some cases the selection is better than that of comparable competitors.
Prices: Slightly cheaper than some other providers in this retail sector.
Service: As much as I sometimes appreciate well-running processes in larger companies and my employer, smaller, younger companies have their own uncomplicated charm. I was contacted 1 night the day after my order and was offered home delivery on the same day, even if I hadn't planned, because I was "on the way" - despite the fact that I was below the minimum order value lay. I was very happy.
And as what was missing from the delivery (can happen to anyone), I could easily complain and had the rest of the delivery one more day later. Every communication was characterized by friendliness.
The bottom line is that it makes you feel good to order again!
