Kann man nur mehr das ganze Taxi buchen.....daher sehr teuer !!!
Can you only book the whole taxi... Therefore very expensive!

In der Beschreibung stand, dass wir mit einem Namenssschild am Flughafen abgeholt würden. Das war leider nicht der Fall. Ca. 15 min. nach Ankunft kam ein Anruf, dass in einigen Minuten ein Fahrer kommen würde und wir sollten auf ihn zugehen. Leider blieb es nicht beim "zugehen", wir sind noch etliche hunderte von Metern durch den Flughafen gelaufen, bis wir endlich beim Auto ankamen. Auch stand in der Beschreibung, dass man sich 24 Std. vor Rückfahrt wieder melden soll und die Abholung bestätigt wird. Wie soll das gehen, wenn die Bürozeiten stark eingeschränkt werden und einem das keiner sagt? Also Mails verfasst und gehofft, dass man sich meldet. Niemand rief an, aber wir am nächsten Morgen und das mehrmals. Endlich kam die Mail mit der Abholzeit am Abend. Dann standen wir vor dem Hotel und haben gewartet. Und gewartet. Da wir die schlechten Bewertungen schon kannten, fackelte ich nicht lange und rief an. Erstaunt teilte man mir mit, dass ich eine Stunde zu früh vor dem Hotel stehen würde. Ich hatte es schriftlich und erklärte, dass dies unmöglich ist, denn mein Flieger stand bereit zum Abflug und man könnte jetzt nicht einfach die Zeiten ändern. Dann endlich kam die Aussage, dass in wenigen Minuten ein Fahrer käme. Man schickte ein Taxi. Und das kam in den Stau! Wir waren restlos bedient und ganz ehrlich? in Zukunft werden wir wieder ein Taxi vor Ort nehmen oder direkt über Reiseveranstalter buchen. Dann liegt die Verantwortung nicht mehr bei uns und dann hat man wenigstens Kommunikation. Unsere Bewertung obliegt unserer Meinung und unserer Erfahrung und ist vergleichbar, da wir viele Reisen tätigen. Hier ist noch sehr viel Luft nach oben und für uns nicht mehr rellevant.
The description said that we would be picked up at the airport with a name tag. Unfortunately, that was not the case. About 15 minutes after arrival I got a call that a driver would be coming in a few minutes and that we should approach him. Unfortunately it didn't stop at "closing", we walked several hundreds of meters through the airport until we finally got to the car. The description also said that you should report again 24 hours before your return trip and that the pick-up will be confirmed. How is that supposed to work when office hours are severely restricted and nobody tells you? So wrote emails and hoped that you would get in touch. Nobody called, but we did the next morning several times. Finally the mail came with the pick-up time in the evening. Then we stood in front of the hotel and waited. And waited. Since we already knew the bad reviews, I didn't hesitate and called. I was amazed to be informed that I would be standing in front of the hotel an hour early. I had it in writing and explained that this was impossible because my plane was ready to take off and you couldn't just change the times now. Then finally the statement came that a driver would be coming in a few minutes. A taxi was sent. And that got stuck in a traffic jam! We were completely served and completely honest? in the future we will again take a taxi on site or book it directly through a tour operator. Then the responsibility is no longer with us and then at least one has communication. Our evaluation is based on our opinion and our experience and is comparable since we travel a lot. There is still a lot of room for improvement here and no longer relevant to us.

Wir haben einen Privattransfer zum Flughafen München gebucht. Sowohl die Abholung zuhause als auch beim Flughafen in München haben wunderbar geklappt. Beide Fahrer waren pünktlich da und sehr nett. Auch die Buchung per E-Mail war äußerst unkompliziert. Das Angebot sowie die Bestätigung kamen bereits innerhalb weniger Stunden. Am Tag vor der Fahrt bekam ich jedes Mal eine kurze SMS mit Name und Telefonnummer des Fahrers und nochmaliger Bestätigung der Abholzeit. Wir werden diesen Service definitiv wieder in Anspruch nehmen.
We have booked a private transfer to Munich Airport. Both the collection at home and at the airport in Munich worked out wonderfully. Both drivers were there on time and very nice. Booking by email was also extremely straightforward. The offer and the confirmation came within a few hours. The day before the trip I got a short text message with the name and phone number of the driver and a confirmation of the pick-up time. We will definitely use this service again.

Don't expect an apology from this company if they forget to fetch you, despite having written confirmation of the booking. Never again!

Dishonest, unreliable & extremely rude. They left my 75 year old mother waiting at the terminal in Munich and insulted me rather than trying to solve the problem. What happened: I booked a transfer from Munich Airport to Salzburg for my 75 year old mother who was arriving from North America. The girl was very friendly on the telephone and agreed to have my mother picked up at the gate with a name sign. My mother doesn't speak German, has trouble walking long distances at her age and doesn't travel often so I was relieved to know she'd be picked up at the gate. The morning of her arrival I saw online that her flight would be delayed by 3 hours and arrive at 12:30 instead of 9:30, so I immediately contacted the company to let them know (at 7:30). The man on the telephone said that it was no problem, there would be another shuttle and when I asked if she would be picked up at the gate with a sign, they said "of course". At 15:00 I called to check on the status of the transfer and was told by a young woman that they didn't know where my mother was because she never showed up at their counter in Munich. I told them it was agreed that she'd be picked up at her gate, and the girl on the phone said there was no way to know what was agreed on(!!). When I asked what the solution was, they said I had to contact my mother myself (she had no telephone with her). I asked if they could call the driver and the girl on the phone said "sorry, I forgot the name of the driver"(!?). When I asked if I could speak with her supervisor she said no. Their office is near my own, so I walked over to find out what was going on. I was justifiably upset, but in no way impolite. After speaking to the owner, he asked who I talked to in the morning when I called to inform of the delay. I said it was a young man. He told me that was his son, who he then called and talked to in a separate room. When he returned, he called accused me of lying(!?!) claiming I didn't request she be picked up with a sign (I have office co-workers who remember the phone call I made that morning). When I told him that it was agreed upon during the initial booking and AGAIN when I called that morning, he told me he believes his son and not me. I essentially had to beg for them to send someone to the terminal to look for my mother. After waiting there for 3 hours (following a 9 hour flight plus 3 hour delay), she was finally picked up. She then had to wait another hour until the shuttle left the airport. Do not waiste your money and time with SMS Flughafentransfer. Travel is stressful enough. I recommend using either a private bus company (just search google, you'll find them) or using the trains, which are far better priced much more reliable, and EXTREMELY easy to find and understand. This is systematically poor customer service from the phone operators right up to the company's owner. They were extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Unfortunately this wasn't our first bad experience with this company, but it will be our last.

This service has been of value to me in the past. On two recent occasions, however, I have been extremely concerned by erratic driving at excessive speed. On one occasion I chose to truncate my journey, leaving the vehicle and booking into a hotel overnight in order to continue the next day on public transport - so unsafe did I feel. I have telephoned and emailed the company in order to explore my concerns but have received no response. I shall not be using the company again and will revert to public transport and private hire taxis.

I m a former driver with this company. They make u work 20 hours sometimes.I remember my legs shivering & asking my guest to give me some rest. The owner, the father has all the character of a dictator & a crook. I can recall that hundreds of driver quit the company after driving for few days. One of the son seems nice guy, so I would strictly advice the father to stay away from business & let his son run the business. Mr Erwin better stay in dorf. And he should also quit his association with WKÖ related to Auto or Taxi Industry. He is one of the few rude selfish Austrian I have met in my life.
