I ordered the Powermatic 3. I stuffed 70 cigarettes with it and was not satisfied. I sent the machine back and didn't get my full money back. 30 euros were withheld. I was told I had stuffed too many cigarettes with it and thus exceeded the test, but nowhere is also not in the terms and conditions. Beware of scammers. Buy elsewhere.

Man muss mehrmals anschreiben,damit eine Reaktion erfolgt.Standardantworten.Auf Widerruf keinerlei Reaktion. Delivery was quick. Subsequent service inadequate. You have to write several times to get a response. Standard answers. No response to withdrawal.

Frechheit ohne Witz schämt euch! Powermatic does not work with 25% of the purchase price deducted for using it. Reply negative I do not recommend the dealer !!!!!! Ich habe der Firma eine email geschrieben und um Rückmeldung gebeten. Leider bis dato keine Antwort erhalten. Ich kann nur jedem raten, sich eine andere Einkaufquelle zu suchen, da einem hier bei einer Reklamation nicht geantwortet bzw. geholfen wird. I have ordered an electric tamping machine, the Powermatic 3 Plus. Unfortunately the function of the machine is insufficient. I wrote an email to the company and asked for feedback. Unfortunately no answer has been received to date. I can only advise everyone to look for a different source of purchase, since a complaint is not answered or helped here.

Nach mehrmaligen Anrufen stornierten sie dann den Artikel und ich forderte das Geld zurück! Immerwieder wurde mir am Telefon gesagt, sie würden dies weiterleiten, aber 2 Wochen um Geld zurückzuüberweisen und etliche Telefonate später ist das für mich keine Seriöse Firma! Fazit: Unprofessionell, und traurig zugleich dass man mit fremden Geld so leichtfertig umgeht ohne dass der Kunde was mitbekommt was mit seiner Ware passiert! I ordered an item worth 50 euros! Money was debited immediately, but I never received a shipping confirmation or order confirmation! Then after multiple calls they canceled the item and I asked for the money back! Again and again I was told on the phone that they would forward this, but 2 weeks to transfer the money back and several phone calls later this is not a serious company for me! Conclusion: Unprofessional, and sad at the same time that one deals with other people's money so carelessly without the customer noticing what is happening with his goods!
