★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bestellung per Telefon hat gut funktioniert und auch sehr freundlich jedoch ist es eine Frechheit ein Essen erst nach 2 Stunden zu bekommen obwohl 1 Stunde ausgemacht war essen war in Ordnung jedoch schon kalt und viel zu lange Lieferzeit !
 Ordering by phone worked well and was also very friendly, however, it is a cheek to only get a meal after 2 hours, although 1 hour was agreed, but the food was ok, but it was already cold and the delivery time was far too long!

Am Telefon wurde gesagt maximal 1 Stunde aber darus wurden 2 Stunden!
Aus selbsterforschung habe ich herausgefunden, dass man nur 15 Minuten fährt!
Essen ist kalt angekommen!
Keinen Stern und Trinkgeld wert!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mega Burger. Haben bisher 3 mal bestellt und waren jedes mal zufrieden. Der Service ist immer sehr fröhlich und die Lieferzeiten sind moderat. Der Laden kann was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zustellungsuhrzeit war um 19:10 und angekommen ist es um 20:03! Wir hatten ein Knoblauchbaguett als Beilage bestellt, bekommen haben wir verschrumpelte braune Pommes.Beim Burgermenü waren die Pommes VIEL zu salzig und die Chickenwings waren schwarz.
1 mal bestellt und nie wieder.
The delivery time was at 19:10 and it arrived at 20:03! We ordered a garlic baguett as a side dish and got wrinkled brown fries. On the burger menu, the fries were MUCH too salty and the chicken wings were black.
Ordered once and never again.

1*/5* für die Ribs-total kalt, sehr sehr hart(seit Vortag??)
3*/5* für die Steak-Pommes-lecker, aber kalt.
4*/5* für Cocktail Dip-hat geschmeckt, aber zu wenig
1*/5* für Coleslaw-sauer, man konnte eigentlich den Essig riechen(Traditionelle Coleslaw muss süß-sauer sein), eine Spur Karotten.
Dementsprechend-einmal und nie wieder.
4*/5* for the burger - delicious, juicy, warm, bun was bought, not homemade.
1*/5* for the ribs - totally cold, very very hard (since the day before??)

4*/5* for cocktail dip tasted good, but not enough
1*/5* for sour coleslaw, you could actually smell the vinegar (traditional coleslaw has to be sweet and sour), a hint of carrots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 01.01. zum ersten Mal über Mjam bestellt. Anfänglich wurde mir eine Lieferzeit nach Sierning von 50 Minuten angezeigt. Nach einer Weile erhöhte sich die Lieferzeit plötzlich auf insgesamt 1,5 Stunden. Wenn ich das gewusst hätte, hätte ich mir wo anders etwas bestellt.
Burger allerdings war sehr gut!
Heute wollte ich wieder bestellen, allerdings zum Abholen. Und obwohl angezeigt wird, dass das Lokal geöffnet hat, erhält man über die Telefonnummer weder eine Antwort auf eine Nachricht, noch hebt jemand ab und die online Bestellfunktion funktioniert auch nicht.
Also werde ich künftig einfach wieder auf diese Burger verzichten, denn ich will mich nicht darauf verlassen müssen, ob das Lokal gerade zufällig offen hat oder nicht. Schade, Essen ist sicher toll, bringt aber nix, wenn das Service nicht mal ansatzweise der Qualität der Speisen gerecht wird...
On 01.01. ordered for the first time via Mjam. Initially I was told a delivery time of 50 minutes to Sierning. After a while, the delivery time suddenly increased to a total of 1.5 hours. If I had known, I would have ordered somewhere else.
Burger was very good though!
Today I wanted to order again, but for pickup. And although it says the place is open, the phone number doesn't answer a message, no one picks up, and the online ordering feature doesn't work either.
So in the future I'll just go without these burgers again, because I don't want to have to rely on whether the place happens to be open or not. It's a pity, the food is certainly great, but it's of no use if the service doesn't even begin to do justice to the quality of the food...
