He was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment we had rented was very nice and exceeded our expectations. From the full kitchen to a rainforest shower. We will rent Smile Apartments definitely again when visiting Krems . Thank you ! Tim & Bianca
K	K. Jevic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything pretty much perfect. Nice rooms and very affordable. The nuki locks are a bit difficult to use the first time but relatively easy after a couple minutes of fiddling. Hint - dont hold the triangle button to lock, just tap it.

J	Jarmo Yrjölä on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect situation in old town, easy to reach by train. Three minutes walk to main street, where were the majority of shops and bars/restaurants. We have a (junior?) suite, which was clean, fitting size and bright. Lots of places where to hide stuff from suitcases. There was air conditioning and fridge. But there wasn’t daily cleaning?! I noticed afterwards it was possible to arrange by surcharge. But I don’t know even today how to get it or what’s the price. This is acceptable if you stay only day or two, but it should belong automatically for longer stays. In room there was only a tiny wastebasket, no vacuum cleaner or other equipments if you want to be self-reliant.
