Die übernahme durch die neue Geschäftsleitung aus Amerika / Boston hat tolle Entwicklungsarbeit geleistet, leider ist der Preis dadurch auch gestiegen aber unsere neue version der Smartflower arbeitet seit der installation anfang November 2018 ohne Fehler, die neue Wartungsanleitung hilft sehr. Wir sind total zufrieden. Very good service and hotline for troubleshooting. The acquisition by the new management from America / Boston has done great development work, unfortunately, the price has also increased, but our new version of the Smartflower works since the installation in early November 2018 without error, the new maintenance guide helps a lot. We are totally satisfied.
L	Lorenzo Lenzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare gli smartflower: sono oggetti dall'estetica molto accattivante e ammessi anche in zone con particolari tutele e vincoli paesaggistici. C'è però un piccolo inconveniente, non funzionano mai e ogni mese c'è un inconveniente! Sono oggetti molto delicati e sembra quasi che il progettista non abbia tenuto conto del fatto che devono stare fuori all'aperto: venti forti, basse temperature, umidità, tutto è buono per bloccarli. Chiunque conosco che li ha messi in Toscana ha avuto problemi! I nostri (2) hanno 3 anni e da 1 e mezzo hanno smesso completamente di produrre per problemi a loro interno. La ditta costruttrice fin dall'inizio ha dato un servizio di assistenza praticamente nullo, per poi scomparire o fallire definitivamente da alcuni anni! Ci ritroviamo oggi con questi 2 giganteschi mostri in giardino non funzionanti e costati moltissimo, un autentico furto in piena regola!! I strongly advise against buying smartflower: they are objects with a very appealing aesthetic and are allowed even in areas with particular protection and landscape constraints. However, there is a small drawback, they never work and every month there is a problem! They are very delicate objects and it seems that the designer did not take account of the fact that they must be out in the open: high winds, low temperatures, humidity, everything is good to block them. Anyone I know who put them in Tuscany has had problems! Our (2) have 3 years and from 1 and a half they have completely stopped producing due to problems within them. From the very beginning, the construction company has given virtually no assistance, only to disappear or fail for some years! Today we find ourselves with these 2 gigantic monsters in the garden that do not work and cost a lot, a real burglary!

Vor einigen Monaten meldeten sich die Techniker aus Österreich, dass sie wieder aktiv sind. Durch ihren Support und ihrer Geduld mit mir haben wir die Blume wieder zum Blühen gebracht ! Danke und weiterhin viel Erfolg an das Team! I have an older version of the Smartflower that unfortunately hadn't worked for a long time. A few months ago, the technicians from Austria reported that they are active again. Through their support and their patience with me, we have brought the flower to bloom again!
