Sie kommen mit tiefen Scharten und diversen Kratzern an. Der Händler schiebt es auf den Spediteur. Nur sind die Schäden unter der dicken Transport-Schutz-Schaumstoff-Ummantelung und die Verpackung war nicht beschädigt!
Bei Fragen und Probleme kann man sich an einen Chat-Mitarbeiter wenden. Auf dessen Antworten wartet man jedoch vergeblich!!! Kundenservice sieht anders aus!!!
The bikes here are not really good quality !!!
They arrive with deep nicks and various scratches. The dealer blames the freight forwarder. The only difference is that the damage is under the thick transport protection foam covering and the packaging was not damaged!
If you have any questions or problems, you can contact a chat employee. You wait in vain for his answers! Customer service looks different !!!
