unfreundliche, freche Mitarbeiter.
Die 3 Herren an der Bar stehen herum und lästern über die Gäste.
Wir sind Stammgäste die jede Woche auf ein Getränk vorbeikommen, jedoch wurde diesmal die Nussschale berechnet.
Auf Reklamation wird nicht professional reagiert, sondern man wird auf andere Mitarbeiter verwiesen. Niemand fühlt sich verantwortlich.
Tipp des Tages:
Reklamationsschulung für die Mitarbeiter.
