 Hands off. ? Extremely hot under the roof and unfortunately extremely dubious. Has not been available for months - no response either by phone or email. No handshake quality and has owed money for over a year !! ?

Vom Kennenlernen, der Planung der Überdachung bis hin zur Montage war die Kundenbetreuung sehr professionell, freundlich und höchst kompetent. Wir sind immer in Kontakt geblieben und wurden immer über die aktuellen Schritte informiert - bspw. wenn sich wettertechnisch der Aufbau verschoben hat.
Alle Vereinbarungen und Termine wurden super eingehalten.
So wurde unsere Überdachung im Herbst 2021 wie vereinbart errichtet.
Wir haben voll auf Sky Aluminiumsystem vertraut und es ist alles so eingetroffen, wie es beschrieben bzw. besprochen wurde.
Wir sind SUPER zufrieden und glücklich mit unserer Terrassenüberdachung.

In the spring of 2021, my wife and I decided on a patio roof from Sky Aluminumsystem.
From getting to know each other, planning the roofing through to installation, the customer care was very professional, friendly and highly competent. We always stayed in contact and were always informed about the current steps - for example if the construction was postponed due to the weather.
All agreements and appointments were kept to a great extent.
Our roofing was erected as agreed in autumn 2021.
We fully trusted Sky Aluminum System and everything turned out as it was described or discussed.
We are SUPER satisfied and happy with our patio cover.
