Immer wieder gerne also auf ein neues in der nächsten Saison;) Very friendly and accommodating. Especially with children very dear. The kids ski equipment for the whole season we borrowed. Price: unbeatable! Always happy to a new one in the next season;)

Schlechte Wahl und auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert.. Nie wieder!! After a hard break and direct delivery of the ski gear, you were not ready to give at least a small discount on the rental price for the 2 days remaining. Bad choice and definitely not recommended .. Never again!!

Ik kreeg spiksplinternieuwe topski's mee, voor een aanzienlijk lager bedrag dan bij Intersport verhuur. Top company to rent skis; really a must! The people are very friendly and helpful. So they called us a taxi and brought our shoes to the hotel. I received brand-new top skis for a considerably lower amount than with Intersport rental.

Zuvorkommender Abhol- und Bringservice vom und zum Hotel in Bruck. An den Anreisetagen, wenn mit hohem Aufkommen zu rechnen ist, muss man etwas mehr Zeit einplanen, da der Laden sehr klein ist. Einen Stern Abzug, da nur Barzahlung möglich. Top ski equipment for children. Everything fit perfectly. Easy regrowth with little grip. Easy exchange from snowboard to ski. Courteous pick-up and delivery service from and to the hotel in Bruck. On the day of arrival, when a lot of traffic is expected, you have to plan a little more time because the shop is very small. A star deduction, since only cash payment is possible.

Unsere Ski wurden auf der Alm gestohlen und der Mitarbeiter meinte wir müssen die dann rückwirkend kaufen (zum Neupreis!) und zusätzlich noch die Ausleihegebühren bezahlen! Das ist super geldgierig und das Gegenteil von Kundenfreundlichkeit. Hat mich sehr geärgert… Unfortunately not a good experience :/ Very stingy and the specs don't match front and back. Our skis were stolen on the Alm and the employee said we had to buy them retrospectively (at the new price!) and also pay the rental fees! This is super greedy and the opposite of customer friendliness. Made me very angry...
