j	jennifer j on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser 5 jähriger Sohn hat 5 Tage einen Skikurs hier gemacht. Er hat sehr schnell gelernt bei super netten und motivierten Skilehrern auf einer sehr guten Übungswiese im Tal, später dann oben im Skigebiet. Auch für kleinere Geschwisterkinder gibt es hier viele Rodel zu leihen und ein kleines Schneekarussell mit Ringen auf dem Gelände - alles gratis zu nutzen. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass er schnell und unkompliziert in eine andere (fortgeschrittenere) Gruppe wechseln konnte, da er schnell gelernt hat. Wir würden diese Skischule wieder buchen. Our 5 year old son did a ski course here for 5 days. He learned very quickly from super nice and motivated ski instructors on a very good practice slope in the valley, later up in the ski area. There are also many toboggans for younger siblings to rent and a small snow carousel with rings on the site - all of which can be used free of charge. We found it particularly positive that he was able to switch to another (more advanced) group quickly and easily because he learned quickly. We would book this ski school again.

Ich habe für zwei Tage 03.01 - 04.01.2021 Ski-Privatunterricht (für Anfänger, da ich keinerlei Ski- Erfahrungen habe) gebucht mit der Bitte mit einem erfahrenen Ski-Lehrer üben zu dürfen. Dies wurde mir auch zugesagt. Heute 03.01.2021 habe ich auf meinen Lehrer im vereinbarten Treffpunkt um 14 Uhr gewartet. Er ist leider an dem besagten Treffpunkt nicht erschienen, weil es im System falsch eingetragen war. Das ist kein Problem, da sowas vorkommen kann. Aber dann haben Sie mir als Notlösung einen ganz jungen Trainer um 14:20 geschickt, der nur zwei Wochen Trainingserfahrungen hatte (laut seiner Aussage). Und das für 140 Euro. Das habe ich nicht akzeptiert und nachdem ich wieder zu der Schule gegangen bin, um mit dem Chef zu sprechen, hat er mich sehr unhöflich fast aus der Schule raus geschmissen. Ich habe durch den Fehler 143 Euro an Kosten gehabt und viel schlimmer einen Urlaubstag verloren. Es kam nicht mal eine Entschuldigung. Einfach katastrophal!!! Not recommended. I have booked private ski lessons (for beginners, as I have no skiing experience) for two days for two days from January 3rd to January 4th, 2021 with the request to be able to practice with an experienced ski instructor. This was also promised to me. Today, January 3rd, 2021 I waited for my teacher at the agreed meeting point at 2 p.m. Unfortunately, he did not show up at the aforementioned meeting point because it was entered incorrectly in the system. This is not a problem as it can happen. But then as a last resort you sent me a very young trainer at 2:20 pm who only had two weeks of training experience (according to him). And that for 140 euros. I didn't accept that and after I went back to school to speak to the boss, he was very rude and almost kicked me out of school. The error caused me to cost 143 euros and lost a day of vacation much worse. There wasn't even an apology. Simply catastrophic!

Kleine Gruppengröße, nette und sehr gute Skilehrerin und das Wetter war auch toll ;) Habe alle Ängste überwunden und den Skikurs sehr genossen. Lieben Dank dafür an meine Lehrerin Christina! Ich komme wieder und freue mich auf den nächsten Skiurlaub. I was in Grossarl over New Year's Eve and booked a panorama ski course. Small group size, nice and very good ski instructor and the weather was great too;) Overcame all fears and really enjoyed the ski course. Many thanks to my teacher Christina! I'll be back and I'm looking forward to my next ski vacation.

B	Balázs Turai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very friendly, personal, funny and helpful service all around the shop, and everybody speaks english too. the rental prices are lower than the neighbouring Intersport shop, and the equipment was even better in my case. they were very flexible for personal requests too.

I asked from this renting company if they can sell some for me because it is soon end of the season.. They had couple of options. The salesman said I can try the ski and decide after that, ok I thought it is a free try because I want to buy ski. After testing i decided that I want to buy ski for multipurpose use (touring-skiing). I took my ski back and said that I want buy a touring ski. At this point salesman made me buy 120e for renting the ski even so it supposed be only testing and I didn't accept or spoke anything about renting, just buying. The salesman didn't tell me anything about the renting prices etc.. When getting the ski. I agreed only Just that I can test the ski and decide after that if I want to buy them. When complaining about this to the boss, he said "I don't have time listening you "
B	Badescu Constantin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were not able in 5 days, 4 hours each one, to teach a 8-years little girl how to fight her fear of skiing ... all what they done was to move the girl from one instructor to another without to give her the chance to create a trust-bound with the instructor. By the way, in the shop, every employee has his own price list, the price for the very same service is different depending on who you ask and when you ask :)

At location they have a consistent and stable team which seems able to handle massive loads of new guests in a short time frame with a laugh and joke. For shopping new gear it is better to stick to down periods like 10:00-14:00 in which they provide ample service. Acceptable prices for rentals and purchases. Courses provided in various formats. Various Dutch-speaking tutors during season. With one exception the family loved their approach and results were ok. Normal classes in size up to 6 students, in real life 4-5 for snowboarding. Private courses available, but book in advance to be safe of a spot.
