M	Mihaela Badea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and unfriendly staff and management. It was my first time on a snowboard and I had no idea about my boots size. I had to try on 3 different sizes. The guy who was supposed to help me find the right one tried to convince me that the ones he gave me are just fine even though I was extremely uncomfortable wearing them. The equipment is old. My snowboard instructor told me that he had a snowboard like the one I was given 15 years ago and told me that I should ask for a better one. Unfortunately it was the only shop available when I got there. It is the worst deal that you can find. Don't be fooled by the low price!
B	Bettie Smit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We would like to thank Guus who taught our 2 daughters to ski. They started on Sunday as beginners and were able to do even a few red slopes on Friday. They loved it. Thank you Guus, we wish you all the best and recommend you as a teacher.

Whilst we blatantly had returned everything, she was adamant that we hadn't and continued to argue with me. People working in the public domain should be friendly and sadly we have experienced very little of this throughout our holiday in Ellmau. Such a shame...customer service and friendliness go a long way. What has otherwise been a beautiful holiday, has sadly been overshadowed by exceedingly grumpy, arrogant and rude service personnel.
L	Lauren Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really pleased with the lessons my (fairly clingy not so confident) 4 yr had on her first ski holiday. Shout out to Simon and Luke... they were fab! Chilled approach yet they knew how to progress the kiddies. My little girl loved them. As a family we were able to ski the run down to KaiserExpress lift on the last day as a family, loads of fun. Thank you!
M	Manuela Baptista Coelho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ski equipment was fine. However I wasn't glad with the service provided - I feel I was deceived. I rented ski equipment for 4 days, went there to try the boots on and pick everything up, and the boots were very tight. I was told it was normal and that it should be tight, so I took them (it was my first time skiing). It took me and 3 more friends to help me put the boots on when we reached the slopes, finally made it, and after 10 minutes I was in a lot of pain and my feet were numb, so I had to take them off (again, it took 3 people to do that). Couldn't ski that day. I went to the store the next day to change the boots size, and I explained the ladies in the front desk the situation and asked if it was possible to get the money back from the day before, and they said it wasn't possible because I had tried the boots on and everything was fine. I told them I had said the boots were very tight when I was trying them on and that I have no experience in skiing whatsoever, and they ignored me and moved on to the next customer. Not only these ladies were rude but also the man that helped me try the boots on was incompetent. If they have equipment for beginners they should be prepared to inform beginners properly. Definitely won't go back there.

D	Demian Martos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best prices, excellent teachers in an array of different languages, supportive and flexible with different arrangements, for example switching from snowboard to skiing classes. Private classes also available. Just pay attention to the fact that they have lots of customers and the skiing area is very good yet overcrowded. Access to the ski area is paid separately, but at a "ski lessons" price, meals for children optional (11 euros in 2020).
K	KATE GREEN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son (7) and I had three private ski lessons. Our instructor Esther was kind, patient and fun. We learnt a lot, and were able to enjoy the rest of the holiday with the rest of the family, skiing the same slopes. Thankyou!
