Das Highlight natürlich die zwei professionell gefilmte Rennen für Erwachsene und Kinder. Einfach Toll Very good ski school! Motivated ski instructors, great program and an unbeatable experience in Snowland. The highlight of course, the two professionally filmed races for adults and children. Just great

" Kursausfälle wegen witterungsbedingter Einflüsse (höhere Gewalt) werden nicht ersetzt. Privatkurse finden bei jeder Witterung statt." Der Unterricht begann um 10:00 Uhr , um 10:45 wurden die Lifte aufgrund von Sturmböen gesperrt. Eine Rückerstattung wurde mit der Begründung "Leider können wir Ihnen nichts Rückerstatten, da wir in diesem Fall nichts dafür können das der Lift ausgefallen ist. Wir Bitten um Verständnis" abgelehnt. Der wirklich sehr nette Skilehrer hat uns in Eigenregie noch eine weitere Stunde früh morgens in seiner privaten Zeit an einem anderem Tag angeboten, was wir leider nicht nutzen konnten. Für diese Skischule als Betreiber liegt das unternehmerische Risiko aber beim Kunden und man ist eben selbst schuld, wenn man hier etwas gebucht und vorausgezahlt hat. Warning read the fine print! Bad weather risk is dumped on the customer. "Course cancellations due to weather-related influences (force majeure) will not be replaced. Private courses are held by everyone Weather instead. " Classes started at 10:00 a.m., at 10:45 a.m. the lifts were closed due to gusts of wind. A refund was made on the grounds "Unfortunately we cannot refund you anything, because in this case we cannot do anything about the lift being down. We ask for your understanding" declined. The really nice ski instructor offered us another hour early in the morning in his private time on another day, which we unfortunately could not use. For this ski school as the operator, the entrepreneurial risk lies with the customer and you are to blame if you have booked something here and paid in advance.
