★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to that Erika at Sixt Vösendorf for her friendly, happy and easy to understand service. In the past I have used the airport and whilst the service was efficient it missed that personal touch so in future I will use Vösendorf Sixt. Also a special thankyou to the handover guy who took the time to set up the Bluetooth and Navi this too was a nice helpful touch making my exit out of Wien stress free whilst I journeyed onto Burgenland. I’m now looking forward to renting from Vösendorf next year. Tschūss ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our reservation was for 12.30, but the office was closed at 12.00, although both our reservation confirmation and the Sixt website said they were open until 19.00. My wife and I were left in the rain, without a car, in the middle of nowhere.
The Sixt customer service on the phone was UNBELIEVABLY rude and unhelpful, refusing to provide any reasonable justification for all this.
They refused to give us a refund, stating that it was our fault for not asking if there was anyone there, before coming to the office. Who calls a car rental office in advance to ask if they're open during their official opening times????
This is not just unethical, it must also be illegal. We are getting a lawyer on Monday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast, competent, the vehicle was perfect and in very good condition, no hazzle, no problem, staff very helpful, everything worked fine. Booked over the web which functioned perfectly -. and because I had rented before, all my data was stored and made the pick-up fast and easy.
Apart from that, prices are quite reasonable :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, good connection as well as during out of working hours. Normal prices, very good cars. But be carefull - make photos of the car before you drive! They tried to put old damages to me. But I could good speak with helpdesk because I had photos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I got the transporter the tank was not full. Before I gave it back I filled the tank.
The receptionist claimed that the tank is not full, so I had to go back to the filling station. The funny thing is that the difference was only 9€.
I paid 500€ for a fiat transporter for about 30 hours and the receptionist was not ashamed to claim that.
Extremely unprofessional, expensive and shameless.
I recommend Hertz, avis etc. Much cheaper and humane.
