★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das schlechteste was man sich nur vorstellen kann....
unzureichende Informationen auf der Homepage,ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort,welcher um es höflich zu beschreiben, dezent überheblich spricht und dem Kunden ein schlechtes Gefühl vermittelt.
Als Beispiel,auf Fragen wie der Zustand des Fahrzeuges sei und ob man das vorab besichtigen könnte kam nur ein Nein und ùberhebliches Gelaber mit der Information den Mietvertrag zu unterschreiben und danach kann man das KFZ ansehen....
....ob das Fahrzeug gewaschen,innen sauber bzw vollgetankt wäre kam ein klares JA,was wie sich rausstellte nicht der Wahrheit entsprach,..eine halb zerknüllte Plastikflasche,ein Feuerzeug als auch Schmutz wurde im Fahrzeug beim Öffnen vorgefunden...das Fahrzeug wurde auch nicht wie vom Mitarbeiter versichert vollgetankt übergeben!
Selbst bei der Abrechnung wurde versucht Geld der Kaution zurück zu halten....
Für all das gibt es natürlich auch Fotos.
Danke für nichts und ich kann jeden Menschen nur abraten dort einen Service zu erwarten!
The worst imaginable...
Insufficient information on the homepage, an employee on site who, to describe it politely, speaks subtly arrogant and gives the customer a bad feeling.
As an example, when asked about the condition of the vehicle and whether you could inspect it in advance, there was only a no and arrogant drivel with the information to sign the rental agreement and then you can look at the car....
....whether the vehicle was washed, clean inside or with a full tank was a resounding YES, which turned out not to be true..a half-crumpled plastic bottle, a lighter and dirt were found in the vehicle when it was opened...that The vehicle was not handed over with a full tank, as assured by the employee!
Even with the billing, an attempt was made to withhold money from the deposit....
Of course there are photos for all of this.
Thanks for nothing and I can only advise everyone to expect service there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War eigentlich die letzten Jahre immer zufrieden mit Sixt. Doch seit einigen Monaten geht es am Standort Klagenfurt steil bergab. Die Autos werden vor Übergabe nicht mehr gereinigt, sind teils in schlechtem Zustand, man bekommt nicht die Klasse die man gebucht hat (laut Mitarbeiter keine verfügbar, man bekommt ein downgrade stattdessen). Hier mal ein kleiner Einblick der letzten Miete bei Abholung.
I was actually always satisfied with Sixt over the past few years. But for a few months now, things have been going downhill at the Klagenfurt site. The cars are no longer cleaned before handover, some are in poor condition, you don't get the class you booked (according to the staff, none are available, you get a downgrade instead). Here's a little insight into the last rental when you picked it up.
