M	Michaela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich, Pfui!! 1. Anruf zur Auftragserteilung der Bewachung der Firma und mit der Anfrage wie hoch dann die kosten ungefähr sind. Der Mitarbeiter von Siwacht sagte Wort wörtlich es hat mich nicht zu interessieren und er schickt mir im Nachhinein die Rechnung und ich soll ne Mail schicken damit der Auftrag angenommen werden kann. Zack aufgelegt. 2. Anruf zur Erklärung das ich als Standortleitung und Auftragserteiler sehr wohl die ungefähren Kosten erfahren sollte, meinte der Mitarbeiter dann tatsächlich das er jetzt plötzlich kein Personal hat und ich sowieso kein Kunde von Siwacht bin also nimmt er meinen Auftrag auch nicht an. Da stellt man sich die Frage wie man dann als Firma Kunde werden kann?!? !!!Konnte dann die Firma AFS ausfindig machen, und das war 1000 zu 1, sehr freundlich, schnelle Abwicklung und alle Informationen zu Preis und Leistung wurden sogar ohne Anfrage bekanntgegeben. Das nenne ich Kundenservice. !!! Siwacht sollte sich mit solchen Mitarbeitern schämen. Rude, Ugh !! 1. Deskalation ist ein ganz wichtiger Aspekt beim Umgang mit Gästen usw. In meiner langjährigen Arbeit als Gastroberater habe ich unzählige Securities geschult mit dem Ergebnis, dass die Gewalttaten und/oder andere Problemfälle um 60% zurückgingen. Gern bin ich bereit mein Wissen zur Verfügung zu stellen, allerdings nicht kostenlos versteht sich oder?
