c	crizz ly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man muss monatelang warten bis man die Erlaubnis bekommt, dass man per E-Mail um einen Termin anfragen darf (um Audienz flehen). Habe bis zum erwähnten Zeitpunkt gewartet und eine freundliche Anfrage verfasst. Heute vor genau einem Jahr (!!) habe ich diese E-Mail versendet und ich habe bisher keine Antwort erhalten. Auch die angekündigte Benachrichtigung, die erscheinen hätte sollen wenn alle Termine vergeben sind - sei es in den sozialen Medien oder auf der Homepage - wurde nie veröffentlicht. Ein Jahr hat 525.600 Minuten. Eine Rückmeldung hätte eine Minute Zeit in Anspruch genommen. Das heißt 525.600 Möglichkeiten um eine Nachricht (zum Beispiel "alle Termine sind vergeben" oder "tut uns Leid wir sind für Ihren Tattoowunsch nicht die richtigen Ansprechpartner") zu schreiben. Dies wäre sogar während eines Toilettengangs möglich gewesen. Da das aber nicht passiert ist, kann man davon ausgehen, dass Ihnen Kundenfreundlichkeit im wahrsten Sinne am Allerwertesten vorbei geht. You have to wait months until you get permission to request an appointment by e-mail (beg for an audience). I waited until the time mentioned and wrote a friendly request. Exactly one year ago today (!!) I sent this email and I have not yet received a response. The announced notification that should have appeared when all appointments are taken - be it on social media or on the homepage - was never published. There are 525,600 minutes in a year. A reply would have taken a minute. That means 525,600 ways to write a message (for example "all appointments are taken" or "sorry, we are not the right contact for your tattoo request"). This would have been possible even while using the toilet. But since that did not happen, one can assume that customer friendliness is literally missing the point.
M	Maurice Graft on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Großartige Tätowiererinnen, wunderschönes Studio und ein gemütlicher Garten für die Pausen zwischendurch. Sobald man das Studio betritt, kommt man sich vor, als wäre man in einem Museum. Unmengen an wertvollem Kleinod - man kommt aus dem Staunen nicht raus. Die beiden sind unglaublich herzlich und stechen wie niemand anderes. Mein Haus- und Hofstudio, ich will nirgendwo anders mehr hin. Danke! Great tattoo artists, beautiful studio and a cozy garden for the breaks in between. As soon as you enter the studio, you feel like you are in a museum. Tons of valuable gem - you can not escape amazement. The two are incredibly warm and stab like no other. My home and farm studio, I don't want to go anywhere else. Thank you!

Sie ist sehr bemüht und sympathisch und es ist bis jetzt noch immer mein Lieblingstattoo :) Was tattooing at Maria years ago. I immediately felt comfortable. She is very hard working and personable and it is still my favorite tattoo so far :)

Zudem passt die Beratung immer und sie weist daraufhin, welche Möglichkeiten bestehen und was eher nicht möglich ist. Ihr selbst ist es ebenso wichtig, schöne Tattoos zu stechen, die lange halten, als auch mir als Kundin. Die Sauberkeit im Studio als auch im Innenhof sprechen für sich und jederzeit wird man mit leckerem Kaffee und Süßem verköstigt. Würde ich jedem empfehlen! :) I've been with Konstanze for a few years now and I've always been very satisfied. Her designs are devoted and worked with love. In addition, the advice always fits and it points out which options exist and what is rather not possible. It is just as important to her to sting beautiful tattoos that last a long time as to me as a customer. The cleanliness in the studio as well as in the courtyard speak for themselves and at any time you will be tasted with delicious coffee and sweets. I would recommend it to everyone! :)

Sie nimmt sich Zeit, die Vorstellung meines Motivs wurde perfekt umgesetzt. Maria arbeitet äußerst professionell und genau, darüberhinaus schafft sie durch ihre unglaublich tolle Art eine angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre. Ich bin schockverliebt und trage nun mein schönstes Kunstwerk,dank Maria, auf meiner Haut! The journey from Germany was more than worth it, my first and definitely not the last appointment with Maria! She takes her time, the idea of my motif was implemented perfectly. Maria works extremely professionally and precisely, in addition, she creates a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere with her incredibly great nature.
