Er ist nicht nur ein begnadeter Musiker (kann sich eh jeder auf Youtube oder besser noch auf seinen Konzerten davon überzeugen!), sondern kann auch schwierige Inhalte sehr gut vermitteln und hat immer ein gutes Ohr wo es noch mangelt und auch den richtigen Plan, wie man sich verbessern kann. Er geht sehr gut auf den Schüler und seine Ansprüche ein und schreibt auch wunderbare Arrangements für sie. Und das wichtigste: die Stunde macht immer Spass und man geht einfach gerne hin. Noch einmal, absolute Empfehlung! I have been taking lessons from Simon for almost a year now and I can wholeheartedly recommend him as a guitar teacher! Er respektiert jede Art von Musikgenre und ist kein gewöhnlicher Lehrer der nur mit dem Buch arbeitet. Wenn man einen bestimmten Song spielen will, dann hilft Simon dir, wo er nur kann. Kurz gesagt ist Simon ein leidenschaftlicher Gitarrenlehrer, der Vergnügen daran hat, sowohl Anfänger, als auch Fortgeschrittenen Gitarristen zu unterrichten und zu helfen. Auf seiner Internetseite habe ich dann gesehen, dass er auch Unterricht per Skype anbietet. Somit spielten die 700 km Distanz zu meinem Wohnort keine Rolle und ich habe nach überschaubarer Wartezeit einen Platz bei ihm bekommen. Jetzt nehme ich seit ca. einem halben Jahr Unterricht bei Simon und bin sehr zufrieden! Vor allem seine schülerzentrierte Haltung fördert meine Motivation, am Ball zu bleiben und meine Spielfreude. Er hat ein hervorragendes Gespür dafür, was für mich als Schüler gerade passt und es ist ihm super gelungen, mit mir zusammen individuelle Ziele zu erarbeiten und diese mit einer für mich geeigneten Strukturierung Stück für Stück zu erreichen.
