We received a doll in its original packaging. Unfortunately the pacifier was missing. A short email to Simba Toys was enough and the missing pacifier was sent to you in no time! Such a great service!

Bei einem Kindertraktor fehlte ein Teil. Der sehr nette Herr Ratzinger hat das fehlende Teil in Frankreich bestellt und innerhalb einer Woche geliefert. Chapeau - so geht Reklamation !
Great company!
A part was missing from a children's tractor. The very nice Mr. Ratzinger ordered the missing part in France and delivered it within a week. Chapeau - this is how a complaint works!
