Parkplatz und Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür! Thank your for the nice vacation. The accommodation is brand new and very well thought out. The support and communication was great! Parking and bus stop right in front of the door!
B	Benedikt Helfrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir fahren zu 6. im Penthouse, 5 SnowboarderInnen und 1 Skifahrerin. Das Skigebiet war der Hammer, vor allem für Gruppen mit gemixtem Skilllevel. Sölden kann man in 12 min bequem mit dem Skibus erreichen, der alle 10 Minuten fährt. Die Skibus Haltestelle ist in 1 Minute problemlos erreichbar. Einen Tag waren wir auch im Skigebiet Obergurgl, dorthin braucht man mit dem Skibus knapp über 20 Minuten. Die Wohnung war super geschnitten, die Küche war ebenfalls super ausgestattet, daher haben wir uns dazu entschieden jeden Abend zu kochen. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist einfach klasse, im Winter ist es draußen auf Dauer aber etwas kühl, aber aus dem warmen Inneren auf die verschneiten Berge zu schauen hat auch was :-) Die Gastgeber waren super zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar für Zwischenfragen. All unsere Wünsche wurden top & schnell erfüllt. Als einzigen "negativen" Punkt kann man nennen, dass wenn viele Snowboards im Skischrank unten sind wird es sehr eng und man muss ein wenig Tetris spielen. Aber allein dass es abschließbare Skischränke gibt ist schon stark genug... Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub! There are 6 of us in the penthouse, 5 snowboarders and 1 skier. The ski area was awesome, especially for groups with mixed skill levels. Sölden can be easily reached in 12 minutes with the ski bus, which runs every 10 minutes. The ski bus stop can be easily reached in 1 minute. We also spent one day in the Obergurgl ski area, it takes just over 20 minutes to get there by ski bus. The apartment was super cut, the kitchen was also well equipped, so we decided to cook every evening. The view from the roof terrace is just great, in winter it is a bit chilly outside, but looking at the snowy mountains from the warm inside is also something :-) The hosts were super accommodating and always available for questions. All of our requests were met quickly and efficiently. The only "negative" point that can be mentioned is that if there are a lot of snowboards in the ski closet, it gets very cramped and you have to play a little Tetris. But just that there are lockable ski lockers is strong enough... All in all a great vacation!

Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, was sehr komfortabel war. Zum Appartement gehören auch zwei großzügige Spinde mit Schuhtrockner für Winterausrüstung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gehen auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein. Das Appartement Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und liegt zentral im Ötztal wodurch Ski - und Langlauf Möglichkeiten schnell erreichbar sind. Die Therme Aqua Dome liegt nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und würden die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen. We had an all-round great stay at SIMA Apartments. The apartment was brand new, modern and equipped with everything you need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very comfortable. The apartment also has two spacious lockers with a shoe dryer for winter equipment. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and respond to the wishes of the guests. The apartment house is in a quiet location and is centrally located in the Ötztal, which means that skiing and cross-country skiing can be reached quickly. The Aqua Dome thermal baths are only a few minutes' drive away. We would love to come back and would recommend the property to everyone.

Die Apartments sind super geschmackvoll und exklusiv eingerichtet - man fühlt sich sofort wohl und heimisch - besser gehts eigentlich nicht! Die Hosts sind überaus zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit bei jeglichen Anliegen (Restaurants, Skiverleih, Skigebiete, Aqua Dome etc.). Die Apartments sind zentral gelegen und in eine wunderschöne Naturlandschaft eingebettet - Skigebiete Sölden und Hochgurgl quasi um die Ecke und Längenfeld bietet dank Therme und guten Restaurants alles was man für einen genialen Ski-/Wanderurlaub benötigt! Wir wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen und haben daher bereits den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht :) Danke und Liebe Grüße We couldn't have imagined a nicer stay. The apartments are tastefully and exclusively furnished - you immediately feel comfortable and at home - it couldn't be better! The hosts are extremely courteous and very helpful with any concerns (restaurants, ski rental, ski areas, Aqua Dome, etc.). The apartments are centrally located and embedded in a beautiful natural landscape - Sölden and Hochgurgl ski areas are practically around the corner and Längenfeld offers everything you need for a great skiing/hiking holiday thanks to the thermal baths and good restaurants! We didn't want to leave and have already booked our next stay :) Thank you and best regards
W	Wim Vanden Driessche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, modern, luxurious, clean apartments with all the appliances available (Coffee machine, dishwasher, egg boiler, towels, ski/boots storage with heating, bread service,...) and built with quality materials. Large beds with a very good matrass. TV with 100+ channels, option to link your netflix account or other accounts. Good WIFI reception and speed. Also very friendly hosts (Simon and Marcus) and always willing to help. It's located only a short drive from the ski slopes and closely to different stores. These apartments are highly recommended if you have any doubts.
